Peppa Pig Covers BTS' Hit 'Dynamite' In New Single and Music Video

Kids and parents are invited to jump in for some sing-a-long fun as The Queen of Preschool continues her pop music journey and 20th anniversary celebrations!

Peppa Pig - "Dynamite"

Can you hear the bass boom? Peppa Pig continues to encourage kid confidence with a new cover of BTS’ chart-topping hit, “Dynamite”! The single is available now to stream on all digital streaming platforms, including Spotify, Apple Music and Amazon Music. An accompanying music video is also available to watch. Just in time for karaoke season, an instrumental version is also available to stream.

As the newest Peppa Pig cover song to release, “Dynamite” by Peppa is all about enjoying each day and helping uplift others with energy, positivity, and hope – with the original song’s lyrics having been slightly tweaked for Peppa Pig fans and preschool audiences. Catchy and fun, the song is perfect for little ones and parents to listen and sing along together!

Peppa’s version of “Dynamite” is her second-ever cover, following Peppa’s popular first rendition of Katy Perry’s “ROAR” earlier this year.

These fun pop music covers aim to help build confidence among children as seen through over 20 years of Peppa Pig content and music releases like “The Best Day,” which provides children with preschool-friendly affirmations to help them go confidently into their day; and “Let’s Jump In,” which brings the Peppa Pig tagline to life and encourages children to jump into life’s first experiences with enthusiasm and a sense of curiosity.

For Hasbro, music plays an integral role in many of its children’s programming, as it allows kids to engage with characters and storylines in deeper ways. Stories are meant to teach kids important life lessons, celebrate major family moments and so much more. By supplementing great storytelling with impactful music, little ones can better connect to and understand their favorite entertainment.

Hasbro’s mission is to entertain and connect generations of fans through the wonder of storytelling and exhilaration of play. Sound helps amplify this mission, providing an extension to Hasbro’s powerhouse family offerings. With fun new music, the leading toy and game company is sure to deliver singable, danceable and lovable tunes for families everywhere to enjoy.

Nickelodeon Set to Air NFL Wild Card Game During 2024-25 Season - To Air Live From Bikini Bottom In January 2025

CBS announces Nickelodeon game returning in 2024, to simulcast alternate broadcast of playoff game on network.

Super Bowl LVIII: Live from Bikini Bottom

It will be another fun, slime-filled game for the family -- this time during the wild-card round.

The NFL on CBS is bringing back the Nickelodeon game for 2024 as it will simulcast a wild-card playoff game on the network this season. CBS Sports President David Berson made the announcement during the NFL on CBS media session on Wednesday, August 14.

CBS is broadcasting two wild card games in 2024, one which will have an alternate broadcast on Nickelodeon -- similar to the presentation in years past.

Update (12/3) - The NFL Wildcard Weekend Powered By Verizon will air January 2025 on Nickelodeon!

Update (12/21) - Following the success of Super Bowl LVIII, the NFL Wildcard Weekend Powered By Verizon will air once again Live From Bikini Bottom on Nickelodeon!

2024 Wild Card Game on Nickelodeon
Nickelodeon and CBS Sports are teaming up with the NFL again for the 2024 football season with a special Slime-filled NFL Wild Card game for kids and families.

CBS broadcast two Nickelodeon games last season -- one on Christmas Day and the other an alternate broadcast of Super Bowl LVIII. The annual "NickMas" game will not return with the NFL Christmas Day games going to Netflix, but the Nickelodeon game will return to the postseason for the fourth time in the five seasons the alternate broadcast has aired.

Plans for the Nickelodeon game have not been unveiled. The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles were part of the alternate broadcast on Christmas, while SpongeBob SquarePants, Patrick Star and the Bikini Bottom crew headlined the Super Howl LVIII broadcast.

NFL Slimetime host and NFL Today analyst Nate Burleson confirmed to CBS Sports he will be the color commentator for the game once again. Additional details will be provided at a later date.

This will mark the fourth playoff game simulcast on Nickelodeon since the 2020 season. The first one featured the Chicago Bears and New Orleans Saints in the NFL Wild Card game in January 2021.

Response to the game was so strong that CBS brought it back the following year for the game between the San Francisco 49ers and Dallas Cowboys.

Nickelodeon has added Christmas Day games to the schedule in each of the past two seasons. Since CBS had broadcast rights to the Super Bowl last season, the showdown between the 49ers and Kansas City Chiefs was simulcast on Nick.

The 49ers-Chiefs game was billed as Super Bowl LVIII: Live from Bikini Bottom and featured augmented reality effects with SpongeBob SquarePants characters.

Other highlights from past Nickelodeon broadcasts include a touchdown replay with Ninja Turtle avatars in place of players and slime cannons when a team finds the end zone.

Alternate broadcasts have become a big part of the NFL-watching experience. The Manningcast on ESPN has grown in popularity every year since it debuted during the 2021 season.

The Bears-Saints game in January 2021 marked Nickelodeon's most-watched program in four years. The alternate Super Bowl broadcast between the 49ers and Chiefs in February averaged 1.2 million viewers, more than six times the network's 2023 primetime average (190,000 viewers).
