FEBRUARY 15, 2024 — Paramount+ today announced that Emmy^® winner Jon Hamm will join the cast of the upcoming original drama series LANDMAN in a recurring guest role. Hamm will play Monty Miller, a titan of the Texas oil industry who has a long personal and professional relationship with Tommy Norris, played by Oscar® winner and series lead Billy Bob Thornton. Co-created by Oscar nominee Taylor Sheridan and Christian Wallace, LANDMAN is produced by MTV Entertainment Studios, 101 Studios and Sheridan’s Bosque Ranch Productions exclusively for Paramount+.

Set in the proverbial boomtowns of West Texas, LANDMAN is a modern-day tale of fortune seeking in the world of oil rigs. Based on the notable 11-part podcast “Boomtown,” the series is an upstairs/downstairs story of roughnecks and wildcat billionaires fueling a boom so big, it’s reshaping our climate, our economy and our geopolitics.

Hamm's nuanced portrayal of high-powered advertising executive Don Draper in the award-winning drama series Mad Men earned him numerous accolades for his performance, including an Emmy in 2015 for Outstanding Actor in a Drama Series, Golden Globe Awards in 2016 and 2008, Television Critics Association Awards in 2011 and 2015, a Critics' Choice Television Award in 2011 and multiple Screen Actors Guild nominations. Last year, Hamm starred in the fifth season of the critically acclaimed anthology series Fargo, for which he received a Golden Globe and a Screen Actors Guild Award nomination. Hamm also can be seen in season three of The Morning Show and the second season of Neil Gaiman's Good Omens. His appearances on the Emmy-winning comedy 30 Rock from 2009-2012 earned him three Emmy nominations for Outstanding Guest Actor in a Comedy Series and his role in the second season of Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt earned him an Outstanding Guest Actor in a Comedy Series Emmy nomination. Hamm has hosted Saturday Night Live three times to critical acclaim. Additional television credits include A Young Doctor’s Notebook, in which he starred and executive produced, and Clear History. Hamm has starred in numerous films over the years; he recently starred opposite Tina Fey in the John Slattery-directed film, Maggie Moore(s) and in the film adaptation of the hit Broadway musical Mean Girls. Additional film credits include Confess, Fletch, which he also executive produced, Top Gun: Maverick, Wild Mountain Thyme, Lucy in the Sky, The Report, The Battle of Richard Jewell, Bad Times at the El Royale, Tag, Beirut, Baby Driver, Keeping Up with the Joneses, Million Dollar Arm, Friends with Kids and Bridesmaids. Next, Hamm will lend his voice to the animated detective comedy series Grimsburg, which he also executive produces. He’ll star and executive produce two upcoming series: Your Friends and Neighbors and the live-action television series adaptation of the psychological thriller podcast American Hostage.

In addition to Billy Bob Thornton, the series stars Ali Larter (The Last Victim), Michelle Randolph (1923), Jacob Lofland (Joker 2), Kayla Wallace (When Calls the Heart), James Jordan (Yellowstone), Mark Collie (Nashville), Paulina Chávez (The Expanding Universe of Ashley Garcia), and Demi Moore (Feud: Capote Vs. The Swans).

Currently filming in and around Fort Worth, Texas, LANDMAN is executive produced by Taylor Sheridan, David C. Glasser, David Hutkin, Ron Burkle, Bob Yari, Christian Wallace, Geyer Kosinski, Michael Friedman and Stephen Kay. Dan Friedkin and Jason Hoch, for Imperative Development LLC, and J.K. February 15, 2024 – Paramount+ today announced that the final season of fan-favorite and critically acclaimed original series EVIL will premiere this May. Additionally, four bonus episodes have been ordered by the streaming service and are set to begin production soon in New York City for a thrilling series finale.

Too Sad to Rock: Nickelodeon Unveils Sneak Peek From New 'The Really Loud House' Musical Special, 'A Musical to Remember'

The Really Loud House is set to return, kicking off with the brand new hour-long musical special, “A Musical to Remember,” premiering February 19 on Nickelodeon! To celebrate, Nickelodeon has released an sneak peek from the special, featuring the all-new original song, “Too Sad to Rock,” performed by Luna Loud (Sophia Woodward), which you can check out below, courtesy of ComingSoon!

The Louds are back! Nickelodeon has announced a special premiere for its hit live-action series The Really Loud House. The hour-long premiere titled, “A Musical to Remember,” is set to premiere on February 19 on Nickelodeon and will be followed by a soundtrack release. Additionally, the second season of The Really Loud House will return with brand-new episodes on February 28 on Nickelodeon.

In “A Musical to Remember,” Lincoln Loud and his best friend Clyde McBride’s plans go awry when Lincoln accidentally eats some memory-erasing jellybeans. After learning that music can help jog a person’s memory, the Louds work together to bring Lincoln’s memory back before it’s too late. Watch the special premiere event Monday, February 19 at 7 p.m. (ET/PT) on Nickelodeon.

The Really Loud House: A Musical to Remember

Featuring all-new original songs and medleys performed by Lincoln, Clyde and the Loud family, including “We’re the Louds,” “Too Sad to Rock,” “Clincoln McCloud” and more, the 20-soundtrack album will be available to stream on all major streaming platforms starting February 19 at 9 p.m. PT / February 20 at 12 a.m. ET.

Season two of The Really Loud House will feature even more hilarious adventures in the town of Royal Woods. February 14, 2024 – Paramount+ announced today that BECOMING KING, from Yoruba Saxon and MTV Entertainment Studios, will premiere exclusively on the service beginning Monday, February 19. The documentary feature, directed by Jessica Oyelowo, is an emotional portrait of David Oyelowo’s seven-year journey portraying the legendary civil rights leader Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. in the 2014 film SELMA.

Featuring behind-the-scenes footage, intimate home videos and interviews with friends and mentors like Ava DuVernay, Lee Daniels, George Lucas and Oprah Winfrey, BECOMING KING follows the NAACP Image Awards and Critics’ Choice Awards winner and Emmy^®, BAFTA, Golden Globe®and SAG nominee from his humble beginnings in Nigeria to the long, grueling road toward the role of a lifetime and a destiny fulfilled.

“I felt a deep need to document David’s intense preparation for his career-defining role even before Selma was greenlit,” says Jessica Oyelowo. “Although BECOMING KING would mark my foray into documentary filmmaking, I knew I was the only person my husband could trust with such an intimate story. I was ready to embrace the challenge and am so happy to play a pivotal role in bringing David’s incredible journey to the screen.”

Commemorating Black History Month, BECOMING KING is the marquee title in the Black Voices Collection on Paramount+, which features a broad array of films, TV series, documentaries, comedy specials and more. The collection highlights the stories and boundless contributions of Black trailblazers in the arts, culture, and history, including the David Oyelowo-starring films SELMA and THE BUTLER, and the series LAWMEN: BASS REEVES.

BECOMING KING marks Jessica Oyelowo’s directorial debut. She is a multi-faceted actress, TV and film producer, singer, and songwriter whose acting credits include Tim Burton’s Sleepy Hollow and Alice in Wonderland. Executive producer of the critically acclaimed series LAWMEN: BASS REEVES, she also is co-chief executive officer of Yoruba Saxon, the production company she founded with husband David Oyelowo in 2014. Last year, she released her storybook album titled “(M)other”.

STAR TREK: DISCOVERY TO PREMIERE GLOBALLY ON APRIL 4

From CBS Studios, the Hit Original Series Will Debut

With Two Episodes, Exclusively on Paramount+ in the U.S.

FEBRUARY 14, 2024 – Paramount+ today announced that the highly anticipated fifth and final season of the hit original series STAR TREK: DISCOVERY will premiere on Thursday, April 4, exclusively on the service in the U.S., the UK, Switzerland, South Korea, Latin America, Germany, France, Italy, Australia and Austria. STAR TREK: DISCOVERY will also premiere on April 4 on P+ in Canada. The first two episodes of the series’ 10-episode final season will be available to stream at launch with new episodes dropping weekly on Thursdays.

The fifth and final season will find Captain Burnham and the crew of the U.S.S. Discovery uncovering a mystery that will send them on an epic adventure across the galaxy to find an ancient power whose very existence has been deliberately hidden for centuries. But there are others on the hunt as well…dangerous foes who are desperate to claim the prize for themselves and will stop at nothing to get it.

STAR TREK: DISCOVERY season five cast members include Sonequa Martin-Green (Captain Michael Burnham), Doug Jones (Saru), Anthony Rapp (Paul Stamets), Mary Wiseman (Sylvia Tilly), Wilson Cruz (Dr. Hugh Culber), David Ajala (Cleveland “Book” Booker), Blu del Barrio (Adira) and Callum Keith Rennie (Rayner). Season five also features recurring guest stars Elias Toufexis (L’ak) and Eve Harlow (Moll).

The series is produced by CBS Studios in association with Secret Hideout and Roddenberry Entertainment. Alex Kurtzman, Michelle Paradise, Heather Kadin, Aaron Baiers, Olatunde Osunsanmi, Sonequa Martin-Green, Frank Siracusa, John Weber, Rod Roddenberry and Trevor Roth serve as executive producers. Alex Kurtzman and Michelle Paradise serve as co-showrunners.

STAR TREK: DISCOVERY seasons one through four are currently streaming exclusively on Paramount+ in the U.S., the UK, Switzerland, South Korea, Latin America, Germany, France, Italy, Australia and Austria. Seasons two and three also are available on the Pluto TV “Star Trek” channel in Switzerland, Germany and Austria. In Canada, the series airs on Bell Media’s CTV Sci-Fi Channel.
