Nickelodeon's beloved animated series SpongeBob SquarePants is celebrating its landmark 25th anniversary this year, and to mark the occasion, Nickelodeon will be premiering a week of brand new SpongeBob SquarePants episodes themed around the anniversary during the show's official birthday week in July!
Monday, July 15, 2024 at 8:00 p.m. - Blood is Thicker Than Grease: Plankton’s family opens their own restaurant directly next to the Chum Bucket. Then, Plankton travels two thousand years into the future and finds a few unfamiliar faces.
Tuesday, July 16, 2024 at 8:00 p.m. - In The Mood to Feud: SpongeBob, Patrick and Sandy find themselves in the middle of a long-standing feud between the Narwhals and the Planktons.
Wednesday, July 17, 2024 at 8:00 p.m. - Mooned!: SpongeBob wants to catch an ultra-rare jellyfish and enlists the help of former jellyfishing champion, Kevin.
Thursday, July 18, 2024 at 8:00 p.m. - Hysterically Historical: On a trip to the museum, SpongeBob and Patrick teach Sandy all about Bikini Bottom’s fascinating history.
That's not all! Other SpongeBob 25 highlights will include SpongeBob SquarePants being incorporated into Kids' Choice Awards 2024, with SpongeBob SquarePants (voiced by Tom Kenny) and Patrick Star (voiced by Bill Fagerbakke) set to host, airing live on Saturday, July 13 at 8:00 p.m., and Netflix will premiere the brand new movie Saving Bikini Bottom: The Sandy Cheeks Movie on Friday, August 2, 2024!
