Nickelodeon has renewed its hit animated series The Loud House for an eighth season, which is set to debut on Nickelodeon on Monday, June 10, it has been revealed!
The Loud House follows middle schooler Lincoln Loud as he goes on adventures in the town of Royal Woods with his best friend Clyde McBride, while also navigating the chaos of living in a family with ten sisters.

May 23, 2024 – Paramount+ with SHOWTIME today announced the cast of the new original drama series DEXTER: ORIGINAL SIN (previously titled DEXTER: ORIGINS). Patrick Gibson (Shadow and Bone) will play the titular role of Dexter Morgan; Golden Globe winner Christian Slater (Mr. Robot) will play Harry Morgan, Dexter’s adoptive father and homicide detective; and Molly Brown (Senior Year) will play Dexter’s younger sister, Debra Morgan. Emmy nominee Clyde Phillips (DEXTER, NURSE JACKIE) will return as showrunner and executive producer. Taking place 15 years before viewers first met Dexter in the hit SHOWTIME® series DEXTER, this new 10-episode thriller will chronicle America’s favorite serial killer...in training.
Set in 1991 Miami, DEXTER: ORIGINAL SIN follows Dexter (Gibson) as he transitions from student to avenging serial killer. When his bloodthirsty urges can’t be ignored any longer, Dexter must learn to channel his inner darkness. With the guidance of his father, Harry (Slater), he adopts a Code designed to help him find and kill people who deserve to be eliminated from society without getting on law enforcements’ radar. This is a particular challenge for young Dexter as he begins a forensics internship at the Miami Metro Police Department.
Slater received Golden Globe and Critics Choice Awards along with multiple nominations for his role in Mr. Robot. His other credits include Dr. Death, for which he received a Critics Choice nomination, Dirty John and Nymphomaniac along with cult classics True Romance and Heathers. Slater is currently starring in Jerry Seinfeld’s directorial debut, Unfrosted, and The Spiderwick Chronicles. He will next star in Zoe Kravitz’s directorial debut, Blink Twice.
Gibson can most recently be seen in the television series Shadow and Bone. Additional past credits include in The OA, Good Girl Jane, and Property of the State, the latter of which earned him the Irish Film and Television Award® for Rising Star in 2017.
Brown's past credits include roles in EVIL, BILLIONS, and The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, as well as films including Senior Year and The Good House. She’s set to appear in the upcoming independent film Mooch.

SUNRISE, Fla.--May 29, 2024--Jazwares, one of the world’s leading toy companies, and Paramount Global, a leading global media, streaming and entertainment company that creates premium content and experiences for audiences worldwide, today announced that they have inked multi-contract deals to release a robust slate of top-of-the-line toys, costumes, and accessories based on some of the entertainment giant’s most iconic properties.
As part of the new agreement, Jazwares will hold global master rights to produce figures, toy vehicles, dolls, plush, and playsets for Nickelodeon’s Avatar: The Last Airbender franchise. In a multi-contract collaboration, Jazwares will also possess North American rights for costumes and accessories for Nickelodeon’s Avatar: The Last Airbender franchise and hit Paramount entertainment properties, including Dora, SpongeBob SquarePants, Star Trek and Yellowstone. NEW YORK--April 16, 2024--Nickelodeon, GEA Live and Senbla today revealed the initial set of global tour dates for the highly anticipated Avatar: The Last Airbender In Concert. The tour will kick off in the United States in September heading to Los Angeles, Seattle, Dallas, Atlanta, Washington, D.C., Boston and many more cities in 2024. The global tour continues in 2025 to a myriad of cities across the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Netherlands and Australia. Avatar: The Last Airbender In Concert audiences will immerse themselves in a two-hour odyssey with a live orchestra bringing the show’s iconic musical score to life, in perfect harmony with highlights and favorite moments from all three seasons of the series. Taiko and erhu will share the spotlight with violins and clarinets, while the series' most beloved scenes play out on a full-size cinema screen, bringing viewers into the Avatar world to experience the series’ most memorable moments with Aang, Katara, Toph, Sokka, Zuko and more.

The creative mastermind behind the original music for the Avatar: The Last Airbender animated series, Emmy Award-winning composer and musician Jeremy Zuckerman, has teamed up with show co-creators Michael Dante DiMartino and Bryan Konietzko as well as Jeff Adams (the show's original editor) to expand the series original compositions for the concert series.
