Is A TMNT: Mutant Mayhem Sequel Already In The Works? - IGN The Fix: Entertainment
With the arrival of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem movie, fans everywhere are excited to see the heroes in a half shell on the big screen. There’s been unconfirmed reports circulating online that there’s already a #TMNT #MutantMayhem animated series in the works for Paramount Plus, set to take place after the events of Mutant Mayhem. And while there’s no official word just yet on a possible series, that idea wouldn’t be too far-fetched. The film has a similar art style to the Spider-Verse films, which it’ll likely benefit from as children typically gravitate towards what’s familiar. We’ll see what’s in store for the mutated teens come August.

Nickelodeon UK & Ireland will premiere the fourth season of Nickelodeon's hit international original series, Spyders on Monday 5th June 2023 at 9:00pm! Following launch, new episodes will air Monday-Thursday evenings at 9:00pm on Nick UK & Eire!

Through its first two seasons, Spyders has delivered strong performances, airing in key Nickelodeon international markets in over 130 countries, including the UK, Australia, Spain, Brazil, Mexico the Netherlands and more. Upon its 2020 debut in Israel, the series became the most successful kids show on Israeli cable network HOT’s TeenNick channel. Around the world, season one launched with stellar results, outperforming slot averages in most key markets. The second season performed even stronger, resulting in the pick-up of two additional seasons, the first of which premiered on TeenNick Israel in December 2021, and have since rolled out onto Nickelodeon channels internationally.
This series represents a breakthrough in the Israeli television industry, becoming the first original co-production between Nickelodeon International and Israeli production company "Ananey Studios", a division of Paramount Global. Through a unique collaboration with Israeli cable network HOT and Nickelodeon, "Ananey Studios" worked with both partners from Spyders’ conception to adapt the show to appeal to Israeli and international markets.

Spyders follows Daniel (16), Nikki (15) and Tommy (12) who discover their parents, Anna and Noah Fisher, are highly skilled undercover agents who work for ECCO (Environmental Counter Crime Organization) and are tasked with fighting criminals who endanger nature or the environment. In previous seasons, the three kids uncover their parents’ top-secret operation and decide to form a task force of their own, named Spyders.
In season 3, Nikki, Daniel and Tommy travelled to an RV campsite to stop a deadly earthquake launched by criminals who wanted to steal raw diamonds from an underground deposit inside Belleview nature reserve. With the clock ticking, the Spyders used their wits and skill to uncover who is behind the earthquakes from within their camp before they caused total devastation.
In season 4, the Spyders return to Belleview reserve to find a mysterious criminal who is secretly spreading toxic amoebas that are rapidly destroying all the plant life in their wake. The Spyders ask a local biologist to create an organic pesticide that can stop the impending disaster. But when the problem persists, they discover a shocking truth behind the mass poisoning.
Spyders is a comedy-adventure series based on an original idea by the founders of Life of Dad, the largest online community of Dads, Tom Riles, David M. Guest and Patrick Quinn. It was developed and written by award winning showrunner Michal Cooper-Keren (North Star, Spell Keepers).
The series' actors include Kim Or Azulai, Kobi Maimon, Nati Kluger, Yaron Brubinsky, Meirav Shirom Amit Hechter, Naya Federman, Yonatan Gottlieb, Eden Saban, Tal Musari, Yehuda Bohbot, Gilad Kletter, Michal Levy, Ruth Asarsai, Uri Yaniv, Nicole Podobliani, Alon Gavish and others.
Ilan Rosenfeld is the co-head writer of the third season and Nadav Ben Simon is the writer of the fourth season.

It’s happening! Fan-favorite iCarly characters Carly (Miranda Cosgrove) and Freddie (Nathan Kress) are starting to realize their feelings for each other. The longtime best friends nearly share a kiss in this clip from the upcoming season 3 episode, titled “iMake New Memories,” courtesy of J-14!

The third episode, set to premiere via Paramount+ on Thursday, June 8, follows Carly and Freddie as they are “committed to rebuilding their friendship.” So, the duo attempts to “recreate some of their favorite memories after all of Carly’s photos and videos are erased from her phone,” according to the streaming service’s official logline.
In the sneak peek clip, Freddie can be seen snapping pictures of Carly as she poses while picking up trash.
“Work the trash. Be the trash. You are the trash,” he tells her. Carly replies, “Wait, I am the trash?”
Freddie is quick to backtrack, saying, “You are not the trash.”
Suddenly, a song starts to play, which the two realize is the same one that they “slow danced to after that terrible school dance.” Naturally, the two start to dance together once again. During the sweet moment, it appears that Carly and Freddie are going to lean in for a kiss. However, Spencer (Jerry Trainor) ruins the romance by running in and slamming pots and pans together yelling, “No.”
Ahead of the third season premiere, the iCarly cast teased the possibly of #Creddie once and for all.
“I feel like it’s been a long time coming. I mean, it could happen, it could not. I don’t really know,” Nathan told J-14. “It will be messy. I can definitely say that. That’s true. Obviously, it’s been such a long time coming and we can’t leave the fans hanging for too much longer. We gotta answer the question. It has to happen.”
Jerry, for his part, spoke candidly about the future of the love story during a separate J-14 interview in December 2022.
“I will say season 2 ends with … I don’t want to ruin anything,” the Nickelodeon alum shared at the time. “Season 2 ends with Freddie breaking up with his girlfriend because she thinks Freddie and Carly are better suited for each other. So, that gets explored.”
He added, “We pick up the Creddie situation. What happens? I don’t know.”
As for Miranda’s thoughts on the subject, she thinks there’s a lot of unexplored feelings between the two characters.
“I’ve always felt like the character does love Freddie. She, maybe, just doesn’t have the nerve to go there because it is such an important friendship. I’d like to see them together,” the Despicable Me actor told J-14 in June 2022. “I think that they could [work], especially as adults. I feel like it was more problematic when they were kids. Maybe it wouldn’t have been the right time, but I sort of feel like now in this series, it’s getting to be like a better moment and time for them and it, it might work out.”
