As with most other linear TV networks, Nickelodeon also saw decreases in viewership across most of its network in 2023.
According to Nielsen viewing figures for Primetime, Nick@Nite was the most-watched Nickelodeon channel in 2023, ranked 47th most-watched channel overall with an average of 245,000 viewers, down 13% from 2022.
Nickelodeon itself was the second most-watched Nickelodeon channel, ranking 60th place overall with an average of 190,000 viewers, down 34% over the previous year.
The third most-watched Nickelodeon channel was Nick Jr., ranking 87th place with an average of 112,000 viewers, also down 34% over 2022.
In fourth place is Nicktoons, ranking 109th overall with an average of 58,000 viewers, down 11% over the previous year.
However, bucking this trend is TeenNick, which saw a 19% increase in viewers this year, ranking 115th overall with an average of 51,000 viewers, buoyed by reruns of beloved series Henry Danger and iCarly.
Sadly, the trend of declining viewership continues in the Adults 18-49 demo.
Nick@Nite was 30th most-watched channel with Adults 18-49, with an average of 105,000 viewers, down 14% over 2022.
Nickelodeon was the 39th most-watched channel with Adults 18-49 in 2023, averaging 75,000 viewers, down 27% over 2022.
