SPECIAL OPS: LIONESS, inspired by an actual U.S. Military program, follows the life of Joe (Saldaña) while she attempts to balance her personal and professional life as the tip of the CIA's spear in the war on terror. The Lioness Program, overseen by Kaitlyn Meade (Kidman) and Donald Westfield (Kelly), enlists an aggressive Marine Raider named Cruz (De Oliveira) to operate undercover alongside Joe among the power brokers of State terrorism in the CIA's efforts to thwart the next 9/11.
The Espionage Thriller Is Produced by MTV Entertainment Studios and 101 Studios.
Paramount+ & Vanity Fair celebrated the launch of SPECIAL OPS: LIONESS in London on London, Tuesday 11th July 2023, which saw the attendance of Nicole Kidman and Zoe Saldaña.
Paramount+ welcomed a host of international guests from across film, fashion, design, art, culture and media together for a special screening of the first episode of SPECIAL OPS: LIONESS. Once the final credits rolled, guests celebrated at an after-party in the Tate Britain’s prestigious Duveen Gallery, enjoying cocktails, and passing the evening to an exclusive DJ set by Isabella Massenet.
