Nickelodeon Movies Brings Back Older 'Splat' Logo

Nickelodeon Movies released the first trailer for PAW Patrol: The Mighty Movie today (June 12), giving fans a first look at the upcoming PAW Patrol film. The trailer also features an extra bonus Easter Egg: it uses an older version of the Nickelodeon Movies 'Splat' logo, complete with the iconic 'Balloon' font from Nickelodeon's classic logos!

In fact, this isn't the only movie Nickelodeon is using its older logo for: the trailers for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem use a modified green-based 'Splat' logo, with a slightly modified Balloon typeface:

The news follows Nickelodeon recently launching a new reiteration of its iconic 'Splat' logo.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem leaps into theaters on August 2 followed by PAW Patrol: The Mighty Movie on September 29.
