Milkshake! Welcomes 'Chip and Potato'

Milkshake!, the preschool programming strand of Paramount Global-owned British public broadcaster Channel 5, premiered the new animated preschool series Chip and Potato on Saturday 27th May 2023, with new episodes currently airing every Saturday and Sunday at 7:45am! The series is about Chip the pug as she starts kindergarten, with a little help from her secret mouse friend Potato.


Chip and Potato follows Chip, a young little pug who faces big challenges and embarks on the new stages of her life. There to help and comfort Chip whenever she needs it is her best friend Potato, a toy who she snuggles in her pocket. However, Potato is actually a real, living mouse who must be kept a secret. The series is co-produced by MCC Media and Darrall Macqueen.
