Nickelodeon has updated the "Nickelodeon Productions" end card in their on-screen credits, fuelling speculation that a full rebrand is coming soon! The new Nickelodeon endboard features a splat-like design behind the Nickelodeon logo. The new design is also being used in promos, and is also being used on press materials for Kids' Choice Awards 2023.
Nickelodeon last had a brand refresh in 2017. Created with global branding and creative agency Superestudio, based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, the new look went live during the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards 2017 in March that year.

The last rebrand occurred during the KCAs in 2017. I think 6 years is long enough.

This is more than likely a new rebrand, as there's this KCA '23 ad where the Nick logo is the exact same one as in this new logo endtag. We'll see what goes down on March 4th. pic.twitter.com/7aMwUL8ooD
