RAYE JOINS SLIMEFEST UK EXTRAVAGANZA LINE UP
Britain’s premiere popstar and Brit-nominated RAYE will perform on Sunday 20th October at The Arena, Blackpool Pleasure Beach alongside hosts Jordan Banjo and Perri Kiely and performers Diversity, Max and Harvey, Jess Folley, New Hope Club, Kira Kosarin and Road Trip.
London, Friday 27th October 2019 – RAYE has joined SLIMEFEST’s line up as headliner’s on Sunday 20th October 2019 at The Arena, Blackpool Pleasure Beach, across both 1pm and 6pm shows.

Born and raised in London, Britain's premiere popstar RAYE's only just hitting her stride. She co-wrote and performed on Jax Jones' Brit-nominated Top 3 smash You Don't Know Me and recently collaborated with EDM overlord David Guetta on his global hit, 'Stay (Don't Go Away)'. RAYE has amassed over 1 billion streams of her music and co-wrote Beyoncé’s new single 'Bigger', the opening track from the new The Lion King inspired album. RAYE is currently supporting Khalid’s European tour and has previously supported Rita Ora.
To date, RAYE has a double Platinum, Gold and two Silver singles under her belt. She has written songs for artists such as John Legend, Major Lazer, Charli XCX,Little Mix, Hailee Steinfeld, Quavo, Normani, Ellie Goulding, Jax Jones, Khalid, 6LACKandJessie Reyez, and worked with the world’s biggest songwriters and producers including David Guetta, Diplo, Bloodpop, Andrew Watt, Julia Michaels and Justin Trantor. She received a BRIT Award nomination for 'Best Single' with Jax Jones in 2018. This was followed by a Top 15 charting single, the Gold certified 'Decline', a record that stayed on the Radio 1 A List for a massive 8 weeks. Later last year she released her second EP, 'Side Tape', a culturally relevant collection of music featuring a number of collaborations with her artist friends, all curated by RAYE herself.
