Nickelodeon India has acquired the rights to Transformers: Rescue Bots Academy and My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic from Hasbro, and will debut the popular animated series on Nick Jr. India on Monday 15th July 2019!
It’s time to roll to the rescue! School is in session in the world of Transformers: Rescue Bots Academy (104 x 11-minute episodes over two seasons) and instructors Heatwave the Fire-Bot, Chase the Police-Bot, Blades the Copter-Bot, and Boulder the Construction-Bot are ready to train a new batch of recruits. Just arriving on Earth from their home world of Cybertron, young Hot Shot, Hoist, Whirl, Wedge and Medix have the honor of being the first class in history to enroll in the Rescue Bots Academy, a highly advanced training facility located at a top-secret base. With encouragement from Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, and Grimlock, the new recruits learn the power of team building through exciting simulated and real-life rescue missions that highlight the importance of heroism, teamwork, and most importantly, friendship. Produced by Allspark Animation, a Hasbro Company, Transformers: Rescue Bots Academy made its debut on Saturday, January 5, 2019 on Discovery Family in the U.S. Transformers: Rescue Bots Academy will air weekdays at 11:00am on Nick Jr. India.
My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic (209 x 22-minute episodes over nine seasons) follows the magical Princess Twilight Sparkle and her trusted dragon assistant Spike, who live in Ponyville in the enchanted land of Equestria, along with her colorful pony friends - honest Applejack, generous Rarity, kind Fluttershy, loyal Rainbow Dash and fun-loving Pinkie Pie. Together, they teach one another valuable lessons about the most powerful magic of all - the magic of friendship. Launched in 2010, My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic is produced by Allspark Animation for Discovery Family. Nick Jr. India will air MLP:FIM weekdays at 10:00am.
