Launched on Tuesday 8th January 2019, Paramount Network Danmark is the channel of big characters and big stories, offering viewers cinematic storytelling, iconic moments and non-stop action, and is targeted towards anyone who loves good stories, iconic moments and lots of action.
On Paramount Network Danmark, viewers can watch a wide range of content from Paramount's vast library of hit movies and TV shows, and well as a selection of some of the best programming from some of Viacom's biggest global brands, including Nickelodeon Danmark (via a dedicated morning programming block), Comedy Central, MTV, Channel 5 and TV Land. Programming includes Bellator, Waco, Friends, Criminals: Caught on Camera, The Daily Show, and Midnight in Paris.
Paramount Network Danmark replaces Comedy Central Danmark, however, viewers will still be able to enjoy their favourite Comedy Central content on Paramount Network.
The launch of Paramount Network Danmark follows VIMN successfully launching the Paramount+ SVOD service in the Danish market in 2018.
Paramount Network Danmark reaches 80% of Danish TV households through partner agreements with service providers such as YouSee, Stofa, Viasat, Boxer, Waoo, and Canal Digital. Paramount Network also forms part of Stofa's basic package and replaces Comedy Central's place in the basic packages of YouSee and Viasat.
Paramount Network is one of Viacom's largest and fastest growing global brands, and has successfully launched in the United States, U.K. and Spain (España).

Paramount Network har erstattet Comedy Central
Viacom annoncerede tilbage i slutningen af september 2018, at de lancerede den nye tv-kanal Paramount Network på det danske marked. Nu skriver vi så 8. januar, og kanalen har nu startet sine udsendelser. Paramount Network beskrives som kanalen for de store historier og karakterer og vil appellere til alle, der elsker gode historier, ikoniske øjeblikke og masser af action.
Paramount Network erstatter Comedy Central, og kanalen overtager de bedste shows og serier fra Comedy Central – fx South Park og The Daily Show. Morgentimerne på Paramount Network er reserveret til de mindste i familien, og fra kl. 05-09 vises de bedste børneprogrammer fra Nickelodeon
Kanalen samler det bedste indhold fra brands som Comedy Central, MTV, Nickelodeon, Channel 5 og TV Land. Paramount Network lanceres i kølvandet på den succesfulde lancering af streaming-tjenesten Paramount+, der blev lanceret i Danmark sidste år.
Kanalen når ud til 80 pct. af de danske tv-husstande gennem partneraftaler med YouSee, Stofa, Viasat, Boxer, Waoo, Canal Digital samt udvalgte antenneforeninger. Paramount Network bliver en del af Stofas grundpakke og erstatter Comedy Centrals plads i grundpakkerne hos YouSee og Viasat.
Paramount Network er allerede lanceret succesfuldt i USA, England og Spanien. Paramount Network er et af Viacoms største og hurtigst voksende globale brands.

Canal Digital Denmark says Paramount Network replaces Comedy Central
Canal Digital Denmark said that Paramount Network has replaced Comedy Central as its 44th channel. Paramount Network shows content from Paramount, Comedy Central, MTV and Nickelodeon. Viewers will be able to watch 'South Park' and 'The Daily Show', among other programmes.
