To celebrate Nick Jr. Latin America's (Latinoamérica) launching Nickelodeon's large-scale Nick Jr. brand refresh, Viacom International Media Networks (VIMN) – Américas has unveiled a super video showcasing Nick Jr.'s new design, which features a short-but-fantastic first-look at Nickelodeon's upcoming brand-new animated preschool series Butterbean's Cafe!:
Butterbean's Cafe (40 episodes) centers on a fairy named Butterbean and her adventures running the neighborhood café with her friends. Butterbean’s Cafe features creative cooking, and a social-emotional curriculum that highlights entrepreneurial and leadership skills. The currently confirmed characters in the show are: Butterbean, Keesha, Cricket, Jasper, Ms. Marmalady, Poppy, Miss Honeybook and Reuben. Created by Jonny Belt and Robert Scull, the creators of Bubble Guppies, the series is produced by Brown Bag Films (Peter Rabbit) in Ireland, and is slated to launch during Fall 2018.
Update (9/14): To celebrate Nickelodeon Germany (Deutschland), Nickelodeon Austria (Österreich) and Nickelodeon Switzerland (Schweiz) starting to premiere Butterbean's Cafe very soon, Visoon Video Impact, the TV and video ad sales joint venture by Axel Springer and Viacom International Media Networks (VIMN), has unveiled a video featuring magical sneak-peeks from Nickelodeon's brand-new preschool series - including the theme song and trailer! The theme song and trailer are in German, however, they give us an idea what the show will be like when it airs on TV. You can watch the sneak-peek here on Vimeo!
