Micro Mutants is an innovative new collection that's micro in scale but packed with playable features. The line consists of 1.15" fully articulated figures with accessories, Turtles themed micro vehicles, and playsets with multiple levels of play.
The Pet Turtles Playset Assortment lets kids transform their Pet Turtle figure into a multi-level micro mutant playset and discover over 10 different features including battle platforms, sewer slide, ejection stairs and more.
With the two-toys-in-one Sweeper Ops Vehicle Playset, kids can first use the street sweeper to sweep up all of their Micro Mutants action figures and vehicles before transforming the vehicle into a multi-level Operational Headquarters playset designed with multiple levels of play and tons of play features.

WWE Superstar John Cena has taken a lot of hard punches and body-slams during his wrestling career, so it’s no surprise that he handled getting slimed like royalty.
The host of the 2017 Nickelodeon’s Kids’ Choice Awards shared a exclusive video with TheWrap on Friday warming up to take the stage in front of thousands of young fans on March 11.
In the sticky teaser, Cena does a unique take on his WWE anthem “My Time is Now,” turning it into “My Slime is Now.”
“Get ready to scream, let’s go now. Seeing green, yeah, you know now,” the Trainwreck star raps, in front of a colorful backdrop.
“You should call me Sir Prize because you can’t see me coming,” he brags.
Cena got some help in the music video from some of Nickelodeon’s biggest stars including Henry Danger’s Jace Norman and Riele Downs, Jack Griffo and Kira Kosarin from The Thundermans, and JoJo Siwa.

Nickelodeon Turkey To Premiere "Legends Of The Hidden Temple" On Friday 24th February 2017
Nickelodeon Turkey (Türkiye) will premiere the highly anticipated Legends of the Hidden Temple original TV movie, inspired by Nick USA's iconic '90s game show of the same name, on Friday 24th February 2017 at 16:10! Locally titled Gizli Tapınağın Efsaneleri, Isabela Moner (Liseden Önce Yapılacaklar Listesi Bölümleri, Transformers 5), Colin Critchley and Jet Jurgensmeyer (Kabarcık Çocuklar, Shimmer ve Shine) join original TV show host, Kirk Fogg, and voice of Olmec, Dee Bradley Baker (American Dad!, Sünger Bob Kare Pantolon), in the 90-minute action-adventure movie, which tells the story of three siblings who embark on a high-stakes, life-or-death mission.
The Legends of the Hidden Temple TV movie follows three siblings, Sadie (Moner), Noah (Critchley), and Dudley (Jurgensmeyer), who break away from a lackluster tour in a jungle, finding themselves immersed in a high-stakes adventure comprised of obstacles that they must complete in order to escape alive. The TV movie will feature elements from the original game show including: Olmec, a talking stone head who greets anyone who dares to enter the temple; The Steps of Knowledge, the entrance to the temple and launching pad for the mission; and cameos from a green monkey, red jaguar, and silver snakes, among others.

Dick Bruna, Creator Of Iconic Children's Character Miffy, Passes Away Aged 89
TVKIDS is reporting the very sad news that Dick Bruna, who created the globally successful children’s character Miffy, died yesterday at the age of 89 in his hometown of Utrecht, the Netherlands.
Throughout his 60-year career, Bruna penned and illustrated 124 picture books, including 32 about a little bunny named Miffy. First published in 1955, the Miffy stories are now available in 50-plus languages and have sold more than 85 million copies worldwide. Miffy went on to star in her own TV series, including a new CGI show, Miffy's Adventures Big and Small, that premiered in 2015 on Tiny Pop in the U.K. and on the Nick Jr. in the USA in 2016. Nickelodeon recently acquired the second season of Miffy's Adventures Big and Small, and will air the season later this year.
The classic Miffy and Friends series, which originally aired on Nick Jr. USA between 2003-2009, is also available to watch on the NOGGIN app in the US.
Mercis owns the rights for the Miffy brand, which has an extensive L&M presence across five continents. Miffy the Movie, the property’s first feature film, debuted in the Netherlands in 2013 and was later released in such countries as Japan, Australia, the U.S. and the U.K.
Bruna was born in 1927 to a family of publishers. He started working as a graphic designer in the 1950s, freelancing for his father’s publishing house, A.W. Bruna & Zoon. He first created Miffy (Nijntje in Dutch) in 1955 to amuse his young son, eventually publishing a number of picture books in the European market and later around the globe. Also throughout his career, Bruna worked for international organisations, designing posters and logos for such charities as UNICEF, World Aids Day and Amnesty International. He retired in summer 2012.
When previously asked to explain the success of Miffy, Bruna had replied: “I think it is because I spend a long time making my drawings as simple as possible, throwing lots away, before I reach that moment of recognition. What matters is reducing everything to its essence. Every shape captures the imagination, and I leave plenty of space for children’s imagination. But why Miffy, instead of another of my characters? I don’t know, perhaps because children feel very close to her—she is like their friend. In my mind, she is just a little girl, living through everyday experiences.”
Even towards the end of his distinguished career, Bruna had said that he was still spending a lot of time perfecting his drawings of Miffy. “Sometimes it takes me hundreds of sketches to get Miffy just right. With two dots and a little cross I have to make Miffy happy, or maybe a little bit sad—and I do it over and over again. There is a moment when I think, Yes, now she is really sad. I must keep her like that. At the end I have one big tear, and that is the saddest tear you can have.”
Bruna is survived by his wife, three children and six grandchildren.

DHX BRANDS EXTENDS TELETUBBIES INTO VIDEO GAMES WITH BUILT GAMES AGREEMENT
Appoints licensees for North America across additional consumer products categories
Halifax, NS – 16 February 2017 – DHX Brands, the dedicated brand-management and consumer-products arm of DHX Media (or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: DHXM; TSX: DHX.A, DHX.B), the world’s leading independent, pure-play children’s content company, has further boosted the presence of Teletubbies in the North American market, appointing Built Games, a market-leading video game developer and publisher, as part of nine new consumer products deals brokered via CPLG North America.
This spring, Built Games will launch Teletubbies Play Time, an interactive mobile app for children that will underscore the trusted brand values of Teletubbies and help promote early learning, while engaging users and developing their senses and motor skills. The app will include a see-and-say feature that utilizes the latest voice recognition technology to help grow children’s vocabulary.
In addition, DHX Brands has appointed eight further new US licensees, including Bladez Toyz (Ancillary Toys), Fiesta Toys (Arcade/Amusement), HW2 (Eyewear), John GmbH (Outdoor Toys), High Point (Children’s Hosiery), Milestone (Live Events), Edgewell Personal Care Brands (Infant Accessories) and Silvertop Associates (Costumes).
The new licensees come on the back of a previously announced agreement for exclusive US broadcast and on-demand rights for 30 brand-new half-hour episodes of Teletubbies, which will begin airing on Nickelodeon’s Nick Jr. preschool channel and streaming on the Nick Jr. app in 2017.
They join a North American consumer products roster that includes Sony Pictures Home Entertainment (global DVD and Digital), Spin Master (North American Master Toy Distributor), Simon & Schuster (publishing North America), Accessory Innovations (Bags, Backpacks, Hats), SG Company (Footwear), Franco Manufacturing (Juvenile Bedding), Betesh (Toddler Bedding), VTech (Electronic Learning Toys), Cube Interactive (Apps), Hybrid (Apparel), Amscan (Paper and Party Goods), Playtex (Sippy Cups, Bottles, Infant Mealtimes and Pacifiers), Global Brands Group/AME (Sleepwear), Rasta Imposta (Costumes, Novelty hats) and TabTale, the second Teletubbies app partner.
As the flagship property in DHX Media’s strategy to build global brands, the new Teletubbies continues to perform extremely well and is gaining international momentum. London, 17th February, 2017 – To kick off a year-long SpongeBob Gold international campaign, Nickelodeon & Viacom Consumer Products (NVCP) today unveiled the SpongeBob Gold fashion collection at London Fashion Week. An innovative collaboration with six international designers – Peter Jensen, Bobby Abley, Salar, Maria Francesca Pepe, Suecomma Bonnie and Bad Denim – the SpongeBob Gold fashion collection features clothing for men and women as well as footwear, accessories and jewelry. SpongeBob Gold will be available at retail exclusively outside of the US from May 2017, with retail partnerships to be announced in the coming weeks.
Inspired by Nickelodeon’s incurably optimistic and earnest sea sponge, SpongeBob SquarePants, the SpongeBob Gold collection features classic SpongeBob iconography embellished with a golden twist. Featuring 27 items, the collection includes exclusive designs from some of the biggest names in fashion, such as unisex sweatshirts by Peter Jensen, t-shirts by Bobby Abley, vintage embroidered pieces by Bad Denim, patchwork sneakers by Suecomma Bonnie, stand-out accessories by Salar and charm-adorned jewelry by Maria Francesca Pepe.
The new designer collaborations form part of the year-long SpongeBob SquarePants Gold international campaign from Nickelodeon. Across the next 12 months, Nickelodeon will celebrate everything that makes SpongeBob one of the most iconic animated characters in the world: his humour, optimism and heart of gold. The campaign will include activations on-air, online, and on social media as well as additional product and retail launches.
