Nickelodeon upfront; Jeremy Gerard
Nickelodeon unveiled the sneak-peek during the networks Nickelodeon Upfront 2017 presentation earlier this year.
Currently scheduled to be released in theaters by Paramount Pictures on Friday 15th March 2019, the film will feature the voices of Matthew Broderick (Ferris Bueller's Day Off), Jennifer Garner (Nine Lives), Jeffrey Tambor (Mr. Popper's Penguins), Kenan Thompson (All That, Kenan & Kel, Good Burger, SNL), Ken Jeong (Kung Fu Panda: Legends of Awesomeness), Mila Kunis (Family Guy), John Oliver (The Daily Show, Last Week Tonight with John Oliver, live-action Lion King), and Brianna Denski (Momsters: When Moms Go Bad).
Following the release of the film, Nickelodeon will also launch a brand-new television series inspired by the movie in 2019.
Additionally, Paramount Pictures also recently unveiled a first-look at the Amusement Park logo!:
Amusement Park (the movie) is produced by Paramount Animation, Nickelodeon Movies and Ilion Animation Studios (best known for making Planet 51) and directed by Pixar animator Dylan Brown, who is making his directorial debut with Amusement Park.
Amusement Park is part of Nickelodeon Movies' upcoming slate of feature films, which also includes a Henry Danger movie, a The Loud House film, and a third SpongeBob SquarePants movie.
Amusement Park will be Nickelodeon Movies' fifth computer-animated film, after Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius, Barnyard, Rango and The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water. It will also be the third animated film from Nickelodeon Movies to spawn an animated series on the Nickelodeon network, after Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius and Barnyard.
