Weren’t lucky enough to get a ticket to Nickelodeon's Slimefest 2017 at Blackpool Pleasure Beach Arena, or want to relive the fun if you were there? Then tune in to Nickelodeon on Friday 3rd November 2017 at 5:00pm and 8:00pm to catch all the SLIME, MUSIC and MAYHEM!
With stars galore and slimy fun, there are so many reasons that you'll love the show – Check out just some of the biggest highlights ahead of it airing!:
Fun masters Jordan and Perri lead the show
SLIMEFEST wouldn't be complete without the most dynamic duo in show business hosting – so luckily, Diversity stars Jordan Banjo and Perri Kiely signed up to return to the stage for another year! The pair certainly know how to hype up a crowd and are pretty handy with a slime sprayer too, as well as not being shy to face the green goo themselves.
Jordan and Perri love Slimefest just as much as fans, so let’s hope they agree to come back again for SLIMEFEST 2018!
Whole Lott-a hits
Nickelodeon always manages to pull in the biggest names for its events, and 2017 Slimefest is no exception, with Pixie Lott headlining.
The singer turned up the excitement by belting out some of her favourite hits, but you won’t want to miss seeing good old Pixie taking a sliming with a sense of humour, too!
Remember – your favourite stars could be singing on any TV show, but SLIMEFEST is the only one where you’ll see them hit by the goo gun at the same time!
Slime galore
Obviously, the biggest reason you’ll want to tune in to SLIMEFEST is a giveaway in the title – the slime!
Nickelodeon know that if there’s one thing that instantly improves any concert, it’s firing gunk at the stars while they’re on stage.
Not enough mess for you? Well, that’s not where the sliming ends, as the audience are also sprayed all the way throughout the show!
Catch up with The Vamps
Pixie wasn’t the only headline act at Slimefest 2017. She was in good company as The Vamps also took to the stage in one of the top slots.
When the band’s third album, Night & Day, knocked Ed Sheeran off the top of the UK album chart, it pretty much secured their megastar status.
Like Pixie, the boys were good sports about getting soaked with slime, so tune in on Friday to see how they reacted.
Top pop stars and celeb guests
You couldn’t move at Slimefest for all of the famous faces, so get ready for some serious celeb spotting when the programme airs.
Performers include JoJo Siwa, Professor Green, last year’s X Factor winner Matt Terry, 5 After Midnight, and hosts Jordan and Perri’s dance crew Diversity! Nickelodeon School of Rock stars Breanna Yde and Ricardo Hurtado also made special appearances at SLIMEFEST!
There were plenty of other stars at the show too, including Coronation Street’s Brooke Vincent, TV presenter Stacey Solomon, Hollyoaks star Chelsee Healey, and soap actor Ayden Callaghan. See how many you can count when you tune in on Friday!
