The online British and Irish TV guide website Digiguide is reporting the exciting news that Nick Jr. Too (UK & Ireland) will start to premiere and show the popular South Korean animated preschool series Robocar Poli weekdays 4:30pm and 4:45pm from Monday 27th February 2017!
The super transforming Robocar rescue team is here to save their neighbors and friends from dangers in the brand-new animated preschool series, Robocar Poli!
Robocar Poli follows the adventures of the Brooms Town rescue team, who are always ready to come to the aid of anyone in trouble or danger!
A car sliding off a cliff due to a slippery road after raining, a drowning child in a pond, a car crash, there is always accidents and troubles happening in Brooms town. But, in the event of a crisis, luckily there is the super Robocar rescue team to save the towns people and cars from every dangerous situation! They are Super police car POLI and his team-mates, fire-truck ROY, ambulance AMBER, Helicopter HELLY, and their human operator, JIN! At the end of each episode, the rescue team strongly advises the characters who are in danger and children, helping viewers to learn invaluable safety tips.
Robocar Poli launched on South Korea's Educational Broadcasting System (EBS) in 2011, and has currently aired 104 eleven-minute episodes over four seasons. Two additional seasons are planned for 2017 and 2018, with a full-length movie set to be released during Summer 2017.
Robocar Poli is created by by RoiVisual, and airs on Nick Jr. channels around the world, including Nick Jr. South East Asia and Nick Jr. Israel. The series is targeted towards 3-5 year-olds.

On March 12, 2013, Korea Post issued a set of commemorative stamps inspired by Robocar Poli. As the third installment of the "Korean-Made Characters Series Stamps". Two million copies of the stamps were printed for sale (10 copies per set).
