90's Nickelodeon Month
This October, families are invited to step back to the 1990's with Nickelodeon Land and Team Nick as they bring all the favourite 90s Nickelodeon game shows and characters at Blackpool Pleasure Beach! Visitors will have the chance to meet and greet popular Nickelodeon characters, including the Rugrats and SpongeBob SquarePants!
90's Nickelodeon Month takes place Saturday 1st to Monday 31st October 2016. Wristbands are £19 for adults and £17 for children.
Nick or Treat?
No need to choose, Nickelodeon Land has both! Head on down to Nickelodeon Land at Vampire Pleasure Beach every Saturday and Sunday during Halloween Half term and of course Halloween Monday 31st October for some Trick or Treating fun!
Google's Made with Code initiative teamed up with the 5th annual Global Citizen Festival and millions of teen girls to ignite girls' awareness of code as a tool for making change in the world!

Made with Code, whose mission is to inspire girls to take their first step in code and consider computer science as a means to pursue their dream careers, debuted a tapestry of coded creations made by teen girls around the USA on stage during an empowered call to action from Priyanka Chopra and performance by Ellie Goulding of "Anything Can Happen" live at the Global Citizen Festival on Saturday, September 24th 2016 in New York City's Central Park.

Backstage at Made with Code's VIP suite, stars and notables, including Nancy Pelosi, Dianna Agron, Darren Criss, and Kal Penn, took part in the movement by coding their own messages to inspire change.
The 5th annual Global Citizen Festival was also attended by coding mentors from Google's Made with Code initiative.

Priyanka Chopra said, "to quote the great Mahatma Gandhi from the land that I come from, be the change that you wish to see in the world... The girls and women that you see on screen are coding to fight inequality, increase peace, and end poverty." Earlier in the week, Made with Code gave a sneak preview of their innovative, groundbreaking on-stage integration at the Global Citizens Festival at Milk Studios in New York City, and shined a light on Chloe x Halle, supporters of Made with Code's "Change is Made with Code" campaign who use code-powered social media to champion critical issues like gender and racial equality. Chloe and Halle were joined by teen girls from the Black Girls Rock! and other local nonprofits at the event.

Following a hugely successful run at the Duke of York's Theatre last Christmas, everyone's favourite pink Piglet returns in Peppa Pig's Surprise, set to run for a fantastically festive West End season! In a charming and colourful production, Peppa Pig's Surprise is the brand new live stage show opening at the Phoenix Theatre in December!
Peppa Pig's Surprise follows the Piggy family as they embark on a fun and surprising adventure! Set on a lovely, sunny day, Daisy is playing outside and asks the audience to join in with a game of hide and seek. Soon, she is joined by Danny Dog, Suzy Sheep and Pedro Pony, who all join together to find George and Peppa Pig. Mummy and Daddy Pig have prepared a special surprise for the next day, which involves going to the sunny beach and bumping into Mr. Potato and Mr. Crab!
Adapted by Richard Lewis, Peppa Pig's Surprise is based on the Astley Baker Davies' popular children's television show Peppa Pig. Packed full of interactive games, new songs and surprises, the production is catered for tiny theatregoers who will love seeing their favourite characters live on stage! Experience perfect puppetry and life-size characters in this wonderful adventure, which promises to be the ideal theatre show for pre-schoolers! Opening at the Phoenix Theatre London, performances begin Thursday 15th December 2016 and end Saturday 7th January 2017. Tickets range from £13 to £25. Peppa Pig’s Surprise is produced by Fiery Light in partnership with Entertainment One. Adapted by Richard Lewis, the production is based on the hit children's television series created by Astley Baker Davies.
The show features a cast including Melanie Ann as George, Emma Grace Arends as Daisy, Liam Farrow as Mr Potato, Auriol Hatcher as Mummy Pig, Emma Hilts as Peppa and David Sandham as Daddy Pig, with Lauren Martin understudying.
Show running time is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes, including a 15 minute interval.
Peppa Pig’s Surprise is suitable for all ages. Babies between 0-18 months of age are admitted free of charge if they are sitting on an adult's lap (if they need to be sat on a seat, a child's seat must be purchased). All children aged 18 months and upwards must have a ticket.
Airing each weekday on Nick Jr. UK & Ireland, Peppa Pig follows the adventures of Peppa, a loveable, exuberant little piggy who lives with her brother George, Mummy Pig and Daddy Pig. Peppa's favorite things include playing games, dressing up, spending days outdoors, and jumping in muddy puddles. All episodes are wholesome entertainment for the entire family; Peppa's adventures always end happily with loud snorts of laughter. Peppa Pig episodes are available on DVD.
Nickelodeon has partnered with The Wish Factory to develop and manufacture an exclusive line of merchandise based on its current and classic properties!
The new range will include plush Kawaii Cubes, the company's stackable and collectible product line, in multiple sizes for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, SpongeBob SquarePants, Hey Arnold!, Rocko's Modern Life, Rugrats, and The Ren & Stimpy Show.

The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Kawaii Cubes, featuring the iconic Heroes in a Half Shell - Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael and Michelangelo - are slated to hit shelves this holiday season, followed by Nick's other properties early next year.
