The television listings website Zap2it is reporting the exciting news that TeenNick USA, Nickelodeon USA's 24-hour network exclusively for and about teens and tweens, will be airing the popular movie Prom, on Saturday 2nd April 2016 at 2:00pm ET/PT! Following its airing, TeenNick will encore the film on Sunday 3rd April 2016 at 8:00am ET/PT!

Kareem Chin Named Vice President of Investor Relations for Viacom
Viacom Inc. (NASDAQ: VIAB and VIA), the parent company of the Nickelodeon brand, has today announced in a press release the appointment of Kareem Chin as Vice President of Investor Relations. Reporting to Jim Bombassei, Senior Vice President of Investor Relations, Chin will play an integral role in all investor relations functions, including managing Viacom's relationships with securities analysts and institutional investors, and all shareholder communications.
Chin comes to Viacom from Jefferies & Company, an international investment bank and securities firm where he was Senior Vice President, Investment Banking—Media & Technology Group. At Jefferies, Chin originated and executed capital raising and advisory transactions, as well as managed all aspects of deal execution including deal structuring, due diligence, valuation analysis, and investor outreach.
"We are excited to welcome Kareem to Viacom and to the Investor Relations team," said Bombassei. "Kareem brings impressive and diverse experiences, ties to the investment community, and a fresh perspective to our business— the combination of which will make him an immediate asset to the company. We look forward to Kareem's contributions to Viacom and his work with investors and sell-side analysts."
Previously, Chin was a Vice President at Deutsche Bank Securities' Mergers and Acquisition practice, and has worked at several other financial institutions in a number of investment banking and M&A capacities. He holds a Master's in Business Administration from Columbia University and a Bachelor's in Finance from State University of New York at Albany.

Viacom International Media Networks Promotes Claire O'Connor To VP Of Consumer Products In Asia, Australia And New Zealand
Viacom International Media Networks (VIMN) has promoted Claire O'Connor to the role of Vice President (VP) of Consumer Products and Retail Marketing, Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
In this newly expanded role, O'Connor will continue to oversee the consumer products business in Australia and New Zealand as well as pick up the company's licensing activity in Asia.
Based in Singapore, the former senior director, Nickelodeon and Viacom Consumer Products for Australia and New Zealand will report to Mark Whitehead, Executive Vice President (EVP) and Managing Director (MD) for Asia and Ron Johnson, EVP for Nickelodeon and Viacom Consumer Products (NVCP).

NICKELODEON TURNS ON THE CHARM WITH THE OTHER KINGDOM, NEW LIVE-ACTION SERIES PREMIERING SUNDAY, APRIL 10, AT 7 P.M. ET/PT
Santa Monica, Calif. – March 22, 2016 - Nickelodeon will bring together a world of mythical creatures, magical beings and high school teens with the premiere of The Other Kingdom, on Sunday, April 10, at 7 p.m. (ET/PT). The live-action series (20 eps) follows the journey of Fairy Princess Astral (Esther Zynn), who has to choose between being a fairy princess or becoming human, as she is set to inherit the crown of her royal kingdom of Athenia. Leaving her fairy world behind to pursue her ultimate dream of life as a mortal, Astral's adventures begin when she enrolls into Theseus High School as a freshmen exchange student. With the help of her new friends Tristan (Callan Potter), Morgan (Celina Martin) and Devon (Taylor Adams), and magical spells and fairy dust, her journey through human teen-dom is full of laughs, self-discovery and romance, until a sinister plot threatens the fate of her fairy kingdom. With her time in the human world running out, she is torn between saving her homeland and choosing her new life---and she only has 90 days to decide.
