In honor of 25 Years of Nickelodeon Animation, Nick partnered with Tongal to ask creatives, "What Do Nicktoons Mean to You?" and got tons of submissions. Tucker Barrie's submission definitely caught the attention of the judges with a Nick-tastic video that makes you feel all the feels, winning him the grand prize!
