Captivated children desperate to meet the stars of Paw Patrol flocked to Marsh Farm in Essex for the animal adventure park's busiest weekend ever!
A record-breaking 6,000 people descended on the South Woodham Ferrers tourist attraction to see Marshall and Chase from Nick Jr. UK's hit animated series about six rescue Dogs and their leader Ryder.
Hundreds queued for the "Pawsome Meet and Greets" every hour from 11 until 3pm on Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th May 2016, with many children launching themselves at the Pups for a cuddle or exchanging high-fives on a sweltering weekend when more than 4,000 ice creams were sold!
James Martin, the Chelmsford attraction's Creative Marketer and Memory Maker, said: "It was amazing to see just how much the kids loved seeing the characters from Paw Patrol.
"I've been involved in creating lots of events and experiences for families and kids, so for me it was like watching the red carpet moment at a movie premiere or a pop superstar's first new concert, as the kids were screaming at the top of their voices to see Chase or Marshall."
"It's been the busiest May weekend in a 30 year history at Marsh Farm. More than 2,000 people went on the tractor ride alone, and we had to put on extra magic shows to keep up with the Horses, and put up extra inflatables."
On top of the celebrity visit, the farm had its usual baby animals, including Lambs, Piglets, Calves, Kids, Chicks and Ducklings, as well as animal and magic shows.
Organisers also filled an arena with bouncy castles and its ever-popular inflatable pillows were swamped with youngsters and their parents, while children also got the chance to groom Horses Marsh and April, build dens and ride tractors – all for the standard £9.99 online admission or £11.50 on the door, with under twos going free.

Parents and youngsters eagerly await the visit of Paw Patrol's Marshall and Chase
"Everyone loved seeing Chase and Marshall and they had a great time seeing all the families and kids," added James.
"I've spoken to Paw Patrol headquarters and Ryder tells me they will be back to see you all at Marsh Farm on Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th June 2016, so if you missed out this weekend don't worry."
