Nicktoons Facts: Avatar: The Last Airbender, also known as Avatar: The Legend of Aang, was created by Bryan Konietzko and Michael Dante DiMartino. It premiered on February 21st, 2005 and ran for three seasons. It was later adapted into a feature film and was followed by the spin-off The Legend of Korra, as well as numerous comic books and graphic novels, and a video game.
