Inspired by the daily telenovela format, Nickelodeon's all-new live-action series centers on 14-year-old Talia, a aspiring chef who moves in with her grandmother and starts spending time in the kitchen of their family-owned restaurant, where she discovers her true calling: cooking. With the help of her special "salt and pepper sense" - and her late father's magical spices - Talia is able to infuse emotion into her food to whip up some truly life changing cuisine and cook just what each customer needs. She's making magic in the kitchen! "Talia in the Kitchen" (40 half-hour episodes) was created by Catharina Ledeboer, filmed in Miami, Florida and produced by Nickelodeon Latin America, the team also behind "Every Witch Way", as is an adaptation of the Nickelodeon Latin American telenovela, "Toni, la Chef".Additional source: Wikipedia.
