From the creator of iCarly, Sam & Cat and Henry Danger comes a brand new show about a group of friends that build a gaming empire. Meet the Game Shakers! And tune-in to the series premiere on September 12th on Nickelodeon USA.
Created by hit-maker Dan Schneider ("Henry Danger", "iCarly", "Victorious", "Sam & Cat", "Zoey 101", "Drake & Josh", "Kenan & Kel", ), the show follows a pair of 7th grade girls, Babe (Cree Cicchino) and Kenzie (Madisyn Shipman), who, after creating a wildly successful mobile game app called Sky Whale for a science project, start a gaming company in Brooklyn called Game Shakers with their friend Hudson (Thomas Kuc).
But when superstar rapper Double G (Kel Mitchell, "Kenan & Kel", "All That", "Good Burger"), a super successful, unpredictable rapper, finds out the girls used one of his songs in their game without licensing it, he threatens to sue them for all he is owed! To make things right, Babe and Kenzie decide to make the rap superstar their business partner and hire his son, Triple G (Benjamin Lil P-Nut” Flores, Jr, "The Haunted Hathaways"), as a game consultant. Together, Babe, Kenzie, Hudson, Triple G and Double G will work to make Game Shakers a huge success in the gaming world! Will this new deal be a high score or a game over for Babe and Kenzie? Let the games begin!

Mumbai Girl, Madhya Pradesh Boy To Guest Star On Upcoming Brand-New Episode Of "Motu Patlu" On Nickelodeon India
The dreams of 14-year-old Akash Pandey from Jabalpur and eight-year-old Mansi Tiwari from Mumbai are soon to come true! The two have won the Motu Patlu Hero Hunt - Nickelodeon India's quiz-based summer campaign - and will not only get to meet their favourite cartoon characters but will also appear as animated characters in a upcoming brand-new episode!
Mansi and Akash pose with their favourite cartoon characters. The lucky winners of Nickelodeon India's quiz contest will get to share the screen with Motu and Patlu
Tiwari, a Kalyan resident, said, "I watch "Motu Patlu" every day. It is my favourite cartoon. I am happy to win the competition. Now I will be seen with my favourite cartoon characters in one of the episodes. I have told my close friends about it. My father helped me answer the quiz."
Echoing her sentiments, Pandey said, "When I started watching "Motu Patlu", everybody at home started watching it as well. We all love the characters. I have not told my friends about my win yet. I want to see their reaction when they see the episode in which my character will be there."
Commenting on the campaign, Nina Elavia Jaipuria, executive vice-president and business head of Kids Cluster, said, "At Nickelodeon, we have always endeavoured to make dreams come true for kids through campaigns such as the Motu Patlu Hero Hunt. This innovative engagement gave an opportunity to children to turn into stars. We are thrilled with the amazing response and the excitement among the winners."
"Motu Patlu" follows the comical adventures of Motu and Patlu, two clueless, simple but lovable adventurers who live in a small town in the heartland of India, known as Furfuri Nagariya. The awesome twosome have an uncanny ability to attract trouble which only lands them in entertaining and hilarious situations.
The two act like a trouble magnet but are always by each other's side in good and bad situations. The two form a rather odd couple as Motu is a food addict and Patlu considers himself as the 'Bright chap' of the team, but when they come together, they sure bring laughter riots along. Join the awesome twosome in their journey of side-splitting adventures and ride through the thick and thin of comedy with them!
The comedy of errors and the friendship between the characters are adored by children. The popular CG-animated is adapted from the classic comic strip on Lot Pot.

Nickelodeon USA To Premiere New "Nick News with Linda Ellerbee" Special "Before I Go...Living With Dying" On 8/23
Original Nickelodeon USA Press Release via NickPress.com:
NICKELODEON'S NICK NEWS WITH LINDA ELLERBEE PRESENTS STORIES OF KIDS WITH TERMINAL ILLNESSES IN "BEFORE I GO…LIVING WITH DYING" PREMIERING SUNDAY, AUGUST 23, AT 8 P.M. (ET/PT)
NEW YORK – Aug. 18, 2015 – Kids who are suffering from terminal illnesses share their stories and their appreciation for life in a brand-new Nick News with Linda Ellerbee special, "Before I Go…Living with Dying," premiering Sunday, August 23, at 8 p.m. (ET/PT) on Nickelodeon.
In their dying, kids teach people the real meaning of courage and grace. They also serve as a reminder that they are just kids handling the hardest thing in life--leaving it. For many kids who are dying, it's clear they want to control their own lives for as long as possible.
Rhett, who's suffering from cancer says, "I made the decision to have no more treatment. Life to me is more fun and entertaining because I play with my brother and my dog outside in the warm weather...and it's more fun than just sitting there in a hospital bed dying slowly."
Nohemy, 15, from Norwalk, Calif., who was diagnosed with Stage IV brain cancer, wants some control over what happens after she dies. "For my funeral I don't want anyone to have depressing colors. I want them all to be wearing blue or white. I don't want any sad music. I'd rather have uplifting music."
"Each person is his or her own life story, and just because one person's story may be shorter than another doesn't mean it's worth less," says Ellerbee. "When kids are dying, they often teach the rest of us how to live."
As Nohemy says, "Death is a part of life and I'm trying to live every day like it's my last."
Nick News, produced by Lucky Duck Productions, is now in its 24th year and is the longest-running kids' news show in television history. It has built its reputation on the respectful and direct way it speaks to kids about the important issues of the day. Over the years, Nick News has received more than 21 Emmy nominations and won its tenth Emmy Award for Forgotten But Not Gone: Kids, HIV & AIDS in the category of Outstanding Children's Nonfiction Program. Additional Emmy wins for outstanding children's programming include: Under the Influence: Kids of Alcoholics (2011); (The Face of Courage: Kids Living with Cancer (2010); Coming Home: When Parents Return from War (2009); The Untouchable Kids of India (2008); Private Worlds: Kids and Autism (2007); Never Again: From the Holocaust to the Sudan (2005); Faces of Hope: The Kids of Afghanistan (2002) and What Are You Staring At? (1998). In 1995, the entire series won the Emmy. In 2009, Nick News was honored with the Edward R. Murrow Award for best Network News Documentary for Coming Home: When Parents Return from War — the first-ever kids' television program to receive this prestigious award. Nick News has also received three Peabody Awards, including a personal award given to Ellerbee for explaining the impeachment of President Clinton to kids, as well as a Columbia duPont Award and more than a dozen Parents' Choice Awards.
Nickelodeon, now in its 36th year, is the number-one entertainment brand for kids. It has built a diverse, global business by putting kids first in everything it does. The company includes television programming and production in the United States and around the world, plus consumer products, online, recreation, books and feature films. Nickelodeon's U.S. television network is seen in almost 100 million households and has been the number-one-rated basic cable network for 20 consecutive years.
(1998). In 1995, the entire series won the Emmy. In 2009, Nick News was honored with the Edward R. Nickelodeon Continues To Charm Fans With Season 10 Order Of "The Fairly OddParents"
Original Nickelodeon USA Press Release via NickPress.com:
NICKELODEON CONTINUES TO CHARM FANS WITH SEASON 10 ORDER OF ANIMATED SERIES THE FAIRLY ODDPARENTS
Brand-New Character to Debut in 13 Half-Hour Episode Pick-up
BURBANK, Calif. – Aug. 18, 2015 – Season 10 has been greenlit for the Emmy Award-winning animated series, The Fairly OddParents, which follows the magical adventures of 10-year-old Timmy Turner and his well-meaning fairy godparents who grant him wishes. The announcement was made today by Russell Hicks, President, Content Development and Production. The Fairly OddParents, created and executive produced by Nickelodeon hit-maker Butch Hartman, is the network's third longest running animated series behind worldwide hits SpongeBob SquarePants and Dora the Explorer.
"As one of Nickelodeon's most successful and longstanding series, this renewal of The Fairly OddParents is a promise to our loyal and ever-growing fans that we will continue the adventures, magic and fun," said Hicks.
Said Hartman: "Our fans are a huge part of the show's enduring success, so it's an honor to bring them another milestone season of The Fairly OddParents. With the introduction of Chloe, the magic, laughter and classic stories will be amped to the max!"
The 13 half-hour episode order continues the comedic adventures of Timmy Turner, who overcomes typical kid obstacles with the help of his wand-wielding wish-granting fairy godparents, Cosmo and Wanda. Joining the cast of characters is Chloe Carmichael, an enthusiastic, funny and over-achieving little girl who Timmy will have to share his fairies with. Well-intentioned, she wants to make the world a better place, but comically goes too far sometimes. With her and Timmy both being able to make wishes – the series will be wackier than ever.
The animated series cast includes Tara Strong (Ultimate Spider-Man) as Timmy Turner, Susanne Blakeslee (Shrek the Third) as Wanda, Daran Norris (T.U.F.F. Puppy) as Cosmo, Grey Griffin (T.U.F.F. Puppy) as Vicky, Carlos Alazraqui (Happy Feet) as Mr. Crocker and Matt Taylor (South Park, Open Season) as Sparky.
Hartman began his animation career as an assistant animator on An American Tail. He created his own shorts for What a Cartoon!, and also wrote and directed episodes of Dexter's Laboratory, Cow & Chicken and Johnny Bravo. Hartman joined Nickelodeon in 1998 where he created and produced several cartoon shorts for the Oh Yeah! Cartoons series, including The Fairly OddParents. Commemorating the 10th anniversary of the animated series, Hartman brought the series to life in the 2010 live-action/CG animated hit TV movie, A Fairly OddMovie: Grow Up, Timmy Turner! The series came to life once again with the 2012 holiday-themed sequel, A Fairly Odd Christmas, drawing 4.5 million total viewers, and in 2014 with A Fairly OddSummer. Hartman is also the creator of Nickelodeon's animated series Danny Phantom and T.U.F.F. Puppy.
