Nickelodeon UK, the number one commercial kids TV network in the UK, has announced in their brand new trailer the very exciting Nick UK News that, to celebrate the February 2015 British and Irish school half-term/mid-term holiday break, Nicktoons UK and Ireland, Nick UK's animation and action channel, will be hosting a brand new "SpongeBob SquarePants"-themed programming block called "SpongeBob Bottom Buddies", in which NickToons will be showing back-to-back episodes of Nickelodeon's hit original animated series (Nicktoon) "SpongeBob SquarePants" everyday between 9:00am and 1:00pm between Monday 16th and Sunday 22nd February 2015!
Plus, as part of "SpongeBob Bottom Buddies", NickToons will be holding a special "SpongeBob Bottom Buddies" competition which will be giving viewers the chance to win fantastic "SpongeBob SquarePants" playsets from Simba and Smyths, including of the Krusty Krab, SpongeBob's Pineapple house, Squidward's Easter Island Head, Patrick's Rock, and a Pirate Ship, which they can share with their friends! Nick Jr. UK To Premiere Brand-New Show "Blaze and the Monster Machines" On Friday 6th March 2015

Nick Jr. UK has announced the exciting news on the channels recently launched official "Blaze and the Monster Machines" show website the exciting news that Nickelodeon UK's preschool channel, Nick Jr. UK and Ireland, will start to premiere and show "Blaze and the Monster Machines", Nickelodeon's brand-new CG-animated preschool series that will introduce viewers to the exciting world of Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM), onMonday 9th March 2015 at 10:00am (repeated at 11:00am on Nick Jr. +1) Friday 6th March 2015 at 4:00pm (repeated at 5:00pm on Nick Jr. +1)!
The first preschool show on TV to comprehensively cover all areas of STEM in every episode, "Blaze and the Monster Machines" follows the amazing monster truck Blaze and his eight-year-old driver AJ and builds upon Nick Jr.'s legacy of providing curriculum-enriched preschool programming.
With the help of the audience at home, Blaze and AJ have adventures that explore the physics of how things move; tackle problems through scientific inquiry and mathematics; and discover the component parts needed to make everyday technologies work. Each action-packed episode is filled with monster trucks, physical humor and upbeat original songs with lyrics that highlight a STEM concept such as adhesion, friction, force, trajectory and magnetism. The series is created by Jeff Borkin ("Team Umizoomi" head writer) and Ellen Martin ("Bubble Guppies" supervising producer).
Blaze is Axle City's greatest hero and the champion of the racetrack! Whenever there's trouble he's the truck everyone turns to for help because he can do things no other truck can. Blaze has Blazing Speed, a special turbo boost that lets him accelerate and go faster than any other monster machine. But Blaze has more than just speed. He also has the power to transform into any other vehicle or machine! Using his engineering knowledge Blaze can add new parts to himself and change into anything. From a hydrofoil to a hang glider to even a hair dryer, if you can engineer it, Blaze can become it!
