And now, Nickelodeon has announced that some of the cast of the networks hit classic sketch show "All That" will be reuniting in a special panel at New York Comic Con 2015, to celebrate the launch of "The Splat", the networks brand-new multiscreen content destination for all things classic Nickelodeon!


As part of the panel, "The Splat: All That Reunion", "All That" stars Josh Server, Danny Tamberelli, Lori Beth Denberg and Kel Mitchell will sit down for a conversation about their time on the fan favorite show!

"All That" was a sketch comedy-variety show that featured original short comedic sketches and weekly musical guests aimed toward a younger audience. The show's sketches parodied contemporary culture and were performed by a large and varying cast of child and teen actors. Early episodes were taped at Nickelodeon Studios at Universal Orlando, but then moved to Hollywood at the Nickelodeon On Sunset theatre (formerly the Earl Carrol Theatre), where other Nickelodeon shows such as "The Amanda Show", "Kenan & Kel", and "Drake & Josh" were also filmed. The series, created by Brian Robbins and Mike Tollin, ran on Nickelodeon between 1994 and 2005, and launched the careers of Kenan Thompson, Kel Mitchell and Amanda Bynes!

Nick Jr. USA Acquires Rights To "Wissper"; To Debut In 2016

m4e AG has signed a broadcasting deal with Nick Jr. on the new animated series "Wissper" for the United States.


Höhenkirchen/Munich, September 29, 2015: The preschool animation series "Wissper" (52 x 7 minutes) is set to make its debut in the U.S. on the Nick Jr. channel in 2016. Nickelodeon has secured the U.S.-broadcasting rights from German brand management and media company m4e AG, who is co-producing the highly anticipated TV-show with Absolutely Cuckoo, Telegael and Discreet Art Productions as well as BASTEI Media.

The series is being sold internationally by m4e AG, having been commissioned by Channel 5 in the UK for broadcast as part of its award-winning pre-school strand, Milkshake. "Wissper" is the first original commission for Milkshake to be picked up by Nickelodeon in the U.S. since its parent company Viacom Inc. completed its takeover of Channel 5 last year.


"We are very proud that Nick Jr. has picked up 'Wissper' for the U.S. market, and it confirms to us our high expectations for the show. This absolutely marks another significant milestone for establishing this property as a global preschool brand", says Hans Ulrich Stoef, CEO of m4e AG.

"Wissper" is aimed at preschoolers and children. The series concerns a perfectly normal little girl called Wissper, who has a very special talent – she is able to communicate with animals. Nickelodeon Channels Around Europe Acquire Rights To "Larva"

Nickelodeon channels in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), Scandinavia (Sweden (Sverige) and Denmark (Danmark)), Germany (Deutschland), Austria, the Netherlands (Nederland) and Greece have picked up the broadcast rights to the popular CG-animated dialogue-free comedy series "Larva" from Imira Entertainment!


"Larva" is a series of short vignettes that revolves the lives of Red and Yellow, two strange worms living underneath a sewer drain who have to deal with the many surprises which literally fall down from the outside world to their underground universe. Melted ice cream, bubble gum, strange visitors, Bees... Anything is a good excuse for a new hilarious slapstick adventure. The series, aimed at children and families, is produced by the South Korean production company Tube Entertainment and distributed by Spain's Imira Entertainment.

"Larva" (104×2') previously aired on Nickelodeon Spain (Espana), Nickelodeon Portugal and Nickelodeon South Africa.

Nickelodeon Latin America And Nickelodeon Brazil To Premiere "Winx Club" Season Seven On Saturday 3rd October 2015

Nickelodeon Latin America and Nickelodeon Brazil will start to premiere and show episodes from the brand-new seventh season of the popular animated series "Winx Club" every weekend from Saturday 3rd October 2015!

Nickelodeon Latin America (Latinoamérica) will debut each all-new episode of "Club Winx" every Saturday and Sunday at 2:00pm (14h) on Nickelodeon Mexico (Méx) and Nickelodeon Colombia (Col), 3:00pm (15h) on Nickelodeon Venezuela (Ven), and at 09h30 on Nickelodeon Argentina (Arg).

Additionally, Nickelodeon Brazil (Brasil) will premiere each brand-new episode of "O Clube das Winx" every weekend at 8:00am.


"Winx Club" follows the adventures of a group of young fairies. "Winx Club" series seven carries on the theme of recent Winx releases by carrying a strong environmental message. In this adventure the fairies discover the real importance of the rare Fairy Animals, which they must save from Kalshara, an evil shape-shifter and her clumsy brother, Brafilius (voiced by Henrique Palacios in the Latin American Spanish dub). Each Fairy Animal has their own special talent, which is necessary for the balance of the Magic Universe. The theme of endangered animals recurs throughout the series as the Winx establish an Animal Rescue Park on Earth, where they look after vulnerable animals such as pandas and tigers. The girls also undertake missions in the Magic Dimension and Earth to raise public awareness about the animal cause. This builds to their final mission – to discover the ultimate power of the Fairy Animals, which can give control over all the animals of the Magic Universe. The Winx will also be confronted with two new terrible villains.

Nickelodeon & Viacom Consumer Products (NVCP) Italia recently signed a trio of back-to-school (BTS) deals for hit Nickelodeon brands including "PAW Patrol", "SpongeBob SquarePants" and "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" ("Tartarughe Ninja")!


Stationary provider Accademia has launched an assortment of "PAW Patrol" diaries, folders, binders, backpacks and pencil cases; retailer Cartorama has created a range of "SpongeBob"-themed alarm clocks, backpacks and lunchboxes; and longstanding partner Giochi Preziosi has released a line of "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" backpacks, pencil cases and stationary products.

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Viacom (NASDAQ: VIAB, VIA) today announced the findings of a first-ever Attention Study, which reveals the building blocks of consumer engagement in the economy of attention. Contrary to the conventional view that audiences are awash in distraction, the study reveals consumers feel empowered to choose where to focus and are more able than ever to engage deeply with the brands they love.

The groundbreaking study, led by Viacom's Scratch division, applies the science of attention to the marketing discipline and delivers a powerful approach to creating engagement in a rapidly-evolving marketing environment. Informed by biometric audience analysis, quantitative surveys, and interviews with expert practitioners, the findings will be used with Viacom and its partners to help facilitate deep connections with consumers.

Specifically, the study finds that three-quarters (75%) say their ability to pay attention is getting better or staying constant, 70% feel they are paying the right amount of attention to the things in their lives, and 81% are intentionally limiting the amount of attention they give to various media. Their power allows consumers to dive deeper into what they love with others who share their interest - 76% consider themselves part of a fan community and nearly 2/3 of people say what they remember most they experienced with others.

Scratch's insights on breaking through to real engagement will be brought to life through a dynamic interactive exhibition at Viacom's New York headquarters from September 29-October 8. The experience includes initial biometric research on how different television show genres impact attention; a multitasking test, which neuroscientists say only 2.5% of the population can do effectively; a virtual reality demonstration of fully-immersive Viacom content experiences; examples of fandom expressed in increasingly rich ways; and case studies on breakthrough content and marketing and the link between context and attention.

Viacom's commitment to diving deeper into the attention arena will expand to partnerships with Yale Center for Customer Insights and Spotify. The work with Yale will entail conducting new research surrounding intent, aspiration, and media consumption, while Viacom will collaborate with Spotify to apply advanced insights to user engagement with content and experiences.

"We know that engagement is the apex for content makers and marketers, and applying the science of attention to marketing in this new way allows Viacom to help its partners connect with consumers in more impactful ways," said Anne Hubert, SVP and head of Scratch. Viacom’s study proves the idea that the quality and type of attention is nuanced, and that collective attention, context and communities of fans are key elements in relationships between brands and consumer relationships.

* Almost 50% would give up a week of social media in order to not miss the series finale of their favorite TV show; almost 1/3 would be willing to give up a night's sleep for it

* Nearly 25% have binge-watched their favorite show for eight or more hours

Attention and Distraction:

* 10% or less feel they are spending too little time on phones, emails, smartphone games, and social media

* 20% feel they are paying too little attention to celebrities

* 38% of Millennials said "Seeing someone naked" was distracting, but nearly twice that number said "getting a text message" was distracting

This year, Nickelodeon's fourth annual SLIMEFEST brought the house down with more music, more celebs and more slime. Hosted by Aussie, RAHART ADAMS, (Jax Nova on Nickelodeon's hit tele nova U.S. series Every Witch Way), SLIMEFEST included performances by international headliner, BOYCE AVENUE, as well as home-grown acts – THE VERONICAS, SAMANTHA JADE, AT SUNSET, REECE MASTIN, TIMMY TRUMPET and New Zealand rapper, SAVAGE.

Hailing from Florida, SLIMEFEST headliner, BOYCE AVENUE blew the house down with their original song "Speed Limit" and the One Direction hit, "Story of My Life." With almost two billion views on YouTube and seven million subscribers, the three brothers are the "most viewed" independent band in the world.

Following in his hugely successful footsteps in 2014, Savage and Timmy Trumpet performed hit songs "Freaks" and "Swing" to screaming slimy kids. Re-visiting their memorable sliming in 2007 by Zac Efron at the Australian Kids' Choice Awards, THE VERONICAS showered host, Rahart Adams with the glorious green stuff.

Viacom International Media Networks (VIMN) Northern Europe Appoints Pete Flamman As SVP Of Brands

Viacom International Media Networks (VIMN) Northern Europe has announced in the following press release, from Nickelodeon Germany's (Deutschland) "Nick Pressecenter", that Viacom International Media Networks (VIMN) Northern Europe has named Pete Flamman as Senior Vice President (SVP) of brands! In the newly created position, Flamman will be responsible for all VIMN brands in Northern Europe, starting in September 2015.


Flamman assumes the responsibility for the holistic brand strategy and the operational management of the entire brand portfolio of Viacom International Media Networks, including core brands Nickelodeon, MTV, Comedy Central, VIVA, Spike and Paramount. His responsibilities also include Acquisitions and Content Operations, along with Programming and Creative and Brand Development. He will report to Magnus Kastner, Executive Vice President (EVP) and Managing Director (MD) of Viacom International Media Networks Northern Europe.

The executive most recently served as the senior VP and Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the EMEA area at Turner, where he also held the position of managing director of the kids' brands.

Vor seinem Wechsel zu VIMN arbeitete Pete Flamman 14 Jahre bei Turner Broadcasting. Dort begann er als Vice President Business Development und war später in verschiedenen Führungsrollen maßgeblich für die Entwicklung des Turner Broadcasting-Portfolios in Europa, Nahost und Afrika verantwortlich. Zuletzt war Flamman als SVP und COO für den EMEA Raum zuständig und verantwortete außerdem als Managing Director die Kids-Marken von Turner. Seinen beruflichen Werdegang begann Flamman nach seinem Abschluss an der Universität zu Cambridge bei Spectrum Strategy Consultants.

Nicknight (Germany) To Premiere "Glue" On Sunday 25th October 2015

Nickelodeon Germany (Deutschland) has announced the exciting Nickelodeon International news in the following press release, from Nick Germany's "Nick Pressecenter", that Nick Deutschland's nighttime programming block, Nicknight, will host the German premiere of the popular British mystery drama series "Glue" on Sunday 25th October 2015 at 10:50pm, following the live telecast of MTV EMA 2015, broadcast live from Milan from 9:00pm!


Following the shows debut, Nicknight will continue to premiere more brand-new episodes of "Glue" every Sunday at 10:50pm.

"Glue" is a series about murder and secrets. When the body of Caleb, a teenage traveller, is found dead underneath the wheels of a tractor, the inhabitants of rural village of Overton - his friends - are forced to open up their world and watch their secrets spill out.


Secrets that will change their particular brand of country life forever. Here the stables are the heart of village life. For owner Jackie, her son James and the friends who work there, life's all about producing the best Horses. Simple. But when Ruth, a local girl and junior police officer, becomes involved in the investigation, the simple country life turns out to be darker, more wildly complex than she had ever imagined.

It was bored stable hands experimenting with horse tranquilliser that introduced ketamine to the world. So is a heady cocktail of fresh country air, slow passage of time and an abundance of class A's to blame for Caleb's death? Ruth is determined to find out and in the process opens up a world even she had no idea about.

A world where wild kids play chicken on top of silo machines which have blades that can cut your hand into slices no thicker than the ham in your sandwich. The same kids play grain barn-jumping – deadly, if your lungs fill up with the tiny bullets of wheat. Now someone has played murder. In the country most folks know something they shouldn't about someone who probably should have known better, but in this village it's what folks don't know about that begins to unravel as the dead boy's killer is hunted.

The series was created and written by Jack Thorne ("Skins", "Cast-offs", "This Is England", "The Fades", "The Scouting Book for Boys", "National Treasure"), filmed in Berkshire and originally broadcast by E4 in the UK.

Berlin, 23. September 2015 – In der englischen Kleinstadt Overton scheint die Welt noch in Ordnung zu sein. Die ländliche Idylle, in der die meisten Bewohner Landwirtschaft betreiben, wird allerdings plötzlich aus den Fugen gerissen, als der 14-Jährige Caleb tot auf einem Feld gefunden wird. Nicknight zeigt die erfolgreiche Drama-Serie 'Glue' ab dem 25. Oktober immer sonntags um 22:50 Uhr.

Schauplatz von 'Glue' ist Overton, ein britisches Örtchen, dass sich der Landwirtschaft und Pferdezucht widmet – auf den ersten Blick ein idealer Ort zum Aufwachsen. Ein Blick hinter die Kulissen zeigt schnell, dass nicht alles eitel Sonnenschein ist. Wie so oft treffen sich die Freunde Annie (Jessie Cave), Janine (Faye Marsay), Rob (Jordan Stephens), James (Billy Howle), Caleb (Tommy Lawrence Knight) und Tina (Charlotte Spencer) in einem Hafersilo. In derselben Nacht wird einer von ihnen, der 14-Jährige Caleb Bray, genannt Cal, ermordet. Sein Kumpel James ist es, der die Leiche am nächsten Tag auf einem Feld findet. Die Polizei, unter der Leitung des Chefinspektors Simson nimmt die Ermittlungen auf und gerät schnell an ihre Grenzen.

Die Drama-Serie stammt aus der Feder des BAFTA-Award-Gewinners Jack Thorne, der auch für die Serien „This is England“, „The Fades“ und „Skins“ verantwortlich ist. Die britische Entertainment-Website „Digital Spy“ beschreibt 'Glue' als TV-Serie die „auf keinen Fall verpasst werden darf“ und „Krimi, der einem die Sprache verschlägt“. Die erste Staffel umfasst 8 Episoden.

Nicknight zeigt 'Glue' am 25. Oktober als Deutschland-Premiere direkt im Anschluss an die diesjährigen MTV EMA, die ab 21:00 Uhr live aus Mailand übertragen werden.

Ab dem 1. November läuft 'Glue' dann immer sonntags um 22:50 Uhr bei Nicknight.
