Nickelodeon, the number-one entertainment brand for kids and families, has announced the exciting Nickelodeon Ratings News in the following press release, from Nickelodeon's Kids and Family Press Site, NickPress.com, that Nick USA marked its fourth straight week at the top of basic cable in total day, winning this week (Monday 3rd to Sunday 9th November 2014) with Kids 2-11 (2.1/658K) and total viewers (1.3M)!
Powering Nickelodeon USA's performance was the network's new generation of live-action series ("The Thundermans"; "The Haunted Hathaways"; "Nicky, Ricky Dicky & Dawn"; and "Henry Danger"), which all locked up the top spots among kids 6-11; and "SpongeBob SquarePants", which was the week's top series with Kids 2-11.
The top shows for kids 6-11 on basic cable this week were all from Nickelodeon: At number one was "The Thundermans" (6.1/1.1MM), followed by "The Haunted Hathaways" (5.8/1.1MM), "Nicky, Ricky, Dicky & Dawn" (4.9/926,000) and "Henry Danger" (4.9/915,000).
Overall, among kids 2-11, the top series on TV was "SpongeBob SquarePants", averaging a 4.8/1.5MM with kids. "SpongeBob" was also the top kids' show among total viewers, averaging 3MM P2+.
