.#WHATWednesday: Based on the photo, can you tell WHAT brand new show is coming to Nickelodeon on Dec 1?!"Max & Shred" is a brand-new buddy comedy series about a Jr. World Championship snowboarder named Max Asher (Jonny Gray) who moves to Colorado to train for the Winter Cup. He is set to stay with a host family and forms an unlikely friendship with his new uptight science prodigy of a roommate Alvin "Shred" Ackerman (Jake Goodman, "Life with Boys"). The show centers on the boys' odd couple relationship as they help and hinder each other through the trials of teenage life. Howie, an adorable, super smart eight-year-old girl protégé of Alvin's, aids the boys in their adventures. Each half hour multi-cam episode will comically highlight the challenges of the young science whiz living with a celebrity athlete and will follow these two boys as they navigate through teenage life with completely opposite point of views. It's gonna be siiiiick!
"Max & Shred" is created by writing partners Ben MacMillan and Josh Greenbaum whose credits include CW's "Swordfighting", CBS's "Homeland Insecurity" and the Paramount feature film "The Mascot". The series is executive produced by George Doty IV who is no stranger to the Nickelodeon family having written and co-executive produced some of the networks biggest hit shows including "iCarly", "Victorious" and the beloved buddy-comedy series "Drake & Josh".
"Max & Shred" debuted on Nickelodeon USA on Monday 6th October 2014.
