Titan Comics Partners With LEGO For Special LEGO Themed Issue Of SpongeBob SquarePants Magazine

The licensing industry news website Licensing.biz is reporting the "SpongeBob SquarePants" news in the following article that Titan Comics and LEGO have teamed to create a special LEGO themed edition of "SpongeBob SquarePants Magazine"!

The issue, #125 (April 2013), is currently available to buy in stores across the UK now and comes with a free LEGO SpongeBob SquarePants keyring (picture below) and special SpongeBob stickers. Titan Comics' SpongeBob Magazine and LEGO have joined forces to create a special LEGO SpongeBob themed edition.

The issue, in stores now, comes with a free LEGO SpongeBob keyring.

The children's magazine also contains a LEGO SpongeBob pull-out poster, puzzles and the chance to win the complete LEGO SpongeBob range.

Established in 1995 as a division of Titan Publishing Group Ltd, Titan Magazines produce officially licensed movie and TV tie-in magazines and comics.

The SpongeBob property is one of between 30 and 40 licensed brands Titan publishes each month.

SpongeBob SquarePants airs weeday mornings at 8.30am and weekends at 4pm on Nickelodeon, and throughout the day on Nicktoons.

Nickelodeon UK Tops Kids Channels Ratings With The UK Debut Of The Nickelodeon 2013 Kids' Choice Awards

Nickelodeon UK and Ireland has announced in the following Press Release the very exciting Nick UK News that the UK debut of the star-studded and slime-filled Nickelodeon's 2013 Kids' Choice Awards was the #1 rating broadcast across all kids' channels on Sunday 24th March. The premiere of the annual awards show, this year hosted by actor and the biggest kid in Hollywood, Josh Duhamel, garnered an average audience of 269,400 individuals including 187,700 kids aged 4-15, a 43% increase on last year's audience-winning viewership.

The #1 broadcast on Nickelodeon this year, the 2013 Kids' Choice Awards aired 6:00-7:30pm on Sunday, with viewership peaking at 220,200 kids.* The Awards preshow, the Kids' Choice Awards Countdown, which aired at 5:30pm and was hosted by Nickelodeon and "House of Anubis" Stars Brad Kavanagh and Alexandra Shipp, who play Fabian Rutter and KT Rush, respectively, on Nickelodeon's hit mystery drama series, HoA, with guest correspondent Daniella Monet from the hit Nickelodeon comedy series "Victorious", who captured all the orange carpet activities and behind-the-scenes action from the 2013 KCA's, also won its broadcast slot with an average audience of 124,800 kids 4-15 (189,100 individuals).

Nickelodeon's 2013 Kids’ Choice Awards took place at the Galen Center at USC in Los Angeles where kids honoured their favourites from the worlds of film, music, sports and television. This year, a record-breaking 387 million votes were cast around the world in the 22 international categories. Nick Jr. UK To Start To Show Brand New Interstitial Series "The Go!Go!Go! Show" From Monday 1st April 2013

Nick Jr. UK and Ireland has announced in a post on their official Facebook profile page, facebook.com/NickJrUK, the exciting Nick Junior news that Nickelodeon UK and Eire's preschool channel, Nick Jr. Channel UK and Ireland, will start to premiere and show their brand new short form series 'The Go!Go!Go! Show' everyday at 7.00am and 8.00am (repeated at 8am and 9am on Nick Jr. UK's plus-one (+1) timeshift channel, Nick Jr.+1) from Monday 1st April 2013, as part of "April on Nick Jr. UK 2013"! Each of the ten 3-minute episodes features the hit family musical act "The Go!Go!Go! Show". Starring the core cast members including the sock-snarfing Fluffalope, the bespoke shorts will feature follow-along dance routines and original music written by UK pop supremos Mike Stock and Steve Crosby. Acting not only as on-channel continuity, the series will also be a vibrant live-action representation of the Nick Jr. brand.

The Go!Go!Go! Show, launched in 2010, has received outstanding reviews and to date has completed over 100 live performances in London's West End and on tour around Britain. The show features a cast of six: Carl, Gemma, Jade, Holly, Steve, the inquisitive Mr. Baffled and Fluffalope performing a unique and interactive mix of pop music, dance and comedy. The live show experience has been translated to create specific content for Nick Jr. to encourage audience interaction and physical movement. With songs incorporating themes such as fitness, friendship and healthy eating, the Go! Go!
