Nickelodeon has announced in the following press release, from TVbytheNumbers, that Nick USA will premiere and show the latest brand new "Nick News with Linda Ellerbee" special episode, called "Worried Sick: Living With Anxiety", on Tuesday 24th July 2013 at 8:00pm (ET/PT).
In the latest installment of Nickelodeon's popular news series, kids from around the United States of America share their stories of dealing with and managing their anxiety disorders.

NEW YORK – Sept. 17, 2013 – Nick News with Linda Ellerbee hears from kids consumed by anxiety in the new half-hour special, "Worried Sick: Living With Anxiety," premiering on Tuesday, Sept. 24, at 8 p.m. (ET/PT) on Nickelodeon. In the special, kids around the country share their stories of dealing with and managing their anxiety disorders.
"In an ever-more complicated world, more and more kids are feeling more and more anxious – yet anxiety disorders among kids are rarely taken seriously, even though they can lead to overeating, smoking, depression or drug use," says Ellerbee.
Dan, 17, of Chicago, Ill. says it all started with a panic attack. "I just couldn't get the thought of the anxiety and panic and all the stuff that was going on out of my head. I felt like I was going insane."
Tobias, 14, of Louisville, Ky. says he’s been worrying basically his entire life, but after his dad died his anxiety got worse. "I just pace around like, 'What's going on, what's going on, what's going on?’ It feels scary."
Owen, 15, of Bellingham, Wash. worries so much about his grades he’s had to stop going to school altogether. "I feel, like, really strongly about getting everything perfect. Like, if it's a test, I need to get 100% on it. If it's a paper, it needs to be, like, a perfect A."
Julianna, 15, of New York suffers from such extreme social anxiety disorder that she spent two months at a residential treatment center to learn to cope with it. "Facing your worst fears is terrifying. I felt that I was beyond help. Now I think I can get better. I know I can get better."
