TV presenters Jamie Rickers and Anna Williamson are looking for talented gunge-loving, slime crazy youngsters to appear in their new action stage show.
The stars of hit Nickelodeon TV show Camp Orange and CiTV’s Toonattik are heading to Warwickshire with their innovative new production Jamie And Anna Live!
The production is a game show which pits local youngsters against each other in the ultimate boys versus girls competitions.
Jamie and Anna are asking youngsters: “Do you like crazy challenges? Do you think you have what it takes to outwit your opponents? Do you want to cover people in gunge?”
They are searching for boys and girls aged between nine and 12 to take up the challenge. Auditions take part on Sunday to take part in the show at the Royal Spa Centre in Leamington on April 13.
Produced by Imagine Theatre, leaders in creating spectacular shows and pantomimes across the country, the production will be a slime-filled and custard pie-filled adventure game show.
Coventry’s panto dame Iain Lauchlan, who has a track record creating hit children’s television shows including Tweenies and Fun Song Factory is the show’s creator.
He said: “This is a perfect chance for local youngsters to take part in a great new stage show. We’re going to be holding auditions children who would like to be involved in the show and we want as many youngsters as possible to come forward and have a go. We’re searching for eight boys and eight girls to take part.”
Boys and girls who attend the audition day on Sunday will get to meet television stars Jamie and Anna Williamson and take part in fun, competitive games as well as explaining why they think they should be chosen to take part in the show.
Anna is confident that the girls are going to prove to be superior to the boys and cannot wait for the fun to begin.
She said: “After 10 years on your telly’s, I’m so excited, with my best pal Jamie, to finally be let loose bringing all our anarchic boys vs girls banter to audiences live.
“It’s going to be messy, it’s going to be competitive, but most of all it’s going to be fun.”
Jamie said: “Join us as we find a way to cover everything around in a sticky mess, including the girls, proving that the boys will reign supreme once and for all.
“It’s going to be loud, it’s going to be gungy and best of all, you get to be a part of the action.”

Children’s television stars Jamie Rickers and Anna Williamson will stage a fun-filled game show challenge at the Spa Centre on Saturday April 13.
Boys vs Girls The Ultimate Challenge is a lively slime and custard pie-filled adventure game show where youngsters are picked from the theatre audience and pitted against each other in the ultimate boys versus girl competition.
Youngster can cheer on their favourites as they compete to win some fantastic prizes and to ensure that Slimy Saddo Sid, the Spoil Sport doesn’t stop the fun.
Jamie and Anna are known for putting on competitive and crazy shows on CiTV’s Toonattik and Nickelodeon.
Jamie is the star of Jamie and Anna’s Big Weekend, Anubis Unlocked and summer hit Camp Orange.
Anna is best known as a Nickelodeon and CiTV presenter, Daybreak correspondent and entertainment reporter for Digital Spy.
She has also been recently named as a Childline Counsellor and Key Spokesperson.
She has been performing on satge since her early years.
