UPDATE - Nickelodeon UK Fanblog NickUKHub are reporting that the brand new episode of "Life With Boys" that Nickelodeon UK will be premiering on Saturday 24th November 2012, as part of a special Premiere Weekend, will be "Birthdays with Boys", instead of "Bathroom Battles with Boys".
In the brand new episode of "Life with Boys" titled "Birthdays with Boys", Tess' Dad wants to throw her a "Foster Funplex Birthday Extravaganza" for the fifth year in a row but Tess, who is trying not to make her 15th birthday feel like a child's birthday, would rather do something more group-up - more specifically, go to a movie premiere with her friend, Allie. Finding it hard to tell her father the truth, she accidentally makes her Dad believe she would rather go skydiving. Guest Stars: Austin Macdonald as Andy Jacobs.
In the brand new episode of "Life with Boys" called "Bathroom Battles with Boys", each morning there is disagreement within the Foster family over the bathroom. In order to end the quarrel once and for all, Jack decides to set up a private bathroom for Tess. However, Jack has to take a second job in order to pay for the construction costs. Tess feels guilty and wonders if another bathroom is really necessary. Episode Guest Stars: Peter DaCunha as Amusement park kid and Brittany Gray as Flight Attendant.
"Life with Boys" is a Canadian teen sitcom that started broadcasting on Nickelodeon UK in October 2011. It follows Tess Foster (Torri Webster) as she copes with living in a home with just boys: her father, Jack Foster, and three brothers, heartthrob Gabriel Foster, also known as Gabe (Nathan McLeod), studious twin Sam Foster (Michael Murphy), and eight year-old Spencer Foster (Jake Goodman). With the help of her best friend Allie Brooks (Madison Pettis), she pulls through. Each half-hour episode follows 14-year-old Tess Foster as she navigates her way through the turmoil of teen life while living at home with her single, overprotective dad and three brothers. Although Tess adores the four important men in her life, they do have four totally different perspectives. Despite the shortcomings of being the only girl in a male household, the boys can sometimes offer solid advice. Whether it's building up the courage to talk to a boy, dealing with an obnoxious one, or coping with the repercussions of being the only girl on the boys' wrestling team, "Life With Boys" sheds a comedic light on many of life's difficult moments.
"Life with Boys" was created by Michael Poryes (co-creator and executive producer of the Disney Channel shows "Hannah Montana" and "That's So Raven") and Douglas Lieblein (co-executive producer "Hannah Montana").

Flair 020 8643 0320
Flair has a board game based on the hit Nickelodeon TV show – House of Anubis. It is in fact the first House of Anubis product in the toy category in the UK.
The game board echoes the English boarding school from the TV series. The rooms and corridors are pieced together like a jigsaw puzzle, so the game is different every time.
The aim of the game is to collect the hieroglyph tokens while avoiding the creepy caretaker and other pitfalls. The first player to collect six tokens and get back to their bed is the winner.
However, it is not that easy. Draw an action card on each turn and use it to help yourself or sneakily obstruct your opponent.

Oh Yes It Is – Nearly Pantomime Season At UK's Milton Keynes Theatre, Starring Nickelodeon UK Presenter Anna Williamson As Cinderella
From Biggleswade Today:
Oh yes it is – nearly pantomime season
A penniless drudge is scrubbing away for her stepmother and stepsisters – who happen to be rather lacking in the looks department.
It is, of course, Cinderella and thankfully we all know that her lot in life is about to improve.
This time the future princess’ story is being portrayed as Milton Keynes Theatre’s seasonal pantomime.
Deniece Pearson, who first rose to fame as an 80s pop icon, will step into the role of the Fairy Godmother.
Deniece is a Grammy nominee and lead singer with the pop super-group, Five Star, who had an unprecedented chart run of over 20 top 30 UK singles and were the youngest group ever to win a Brit Award, youngest black British group to have a number one album and the first group to achieve seven consecutive hit singles from one album in the UK.
This success was mirrored not only in Europe but also in the US pop, r&b and dance charts. Deniece also writes and produces for other artists.
She could recently be seen in a show-stopping run in the hit West End in new musical Thriller Live and the stage show Respect La Diva and she has just released her stunning debut solo single, the self-penned ballad Here I Am.
In March she appeared on BBC talent show, The Voice UK, as a contestant joining Tom Jones' team.
Anna Williamson, of Daybreak and Nickelodeon, will play Cinderella while comedy star, Kev Orkian, will be Buttons.
John Barr and Paul Burnham will take the roles of the Ugly Sisters.
Cinderella is showing at Milton Keynes Theatre from Friday, December 7 to Saturday, January 6. Performances are in the afternoon and evening but exact times vary. For the full list of timings call the theatre or visit www.atgtickets.com/shows/cinderella/milton-keynes-theatre

Australian IPTV Service Fetch TV Looks To Expand By Snagging US And UK Channels
From Deadline.com:
Australian IPTV’s Fetch TV Looks To Expand By Snagging U.S. & UK Channels
Australia’s dominant pay TV platform Foxtel won’t be able to renew exclusive IPTV deals with more than 60 channels, mostly U.S. and UK entertainment services, when the current contracts expire over the next few years. That’s created an opportunity for fledging IPTV service Fetch TV which aims to secure deals with some of those channels, including those owned by ESPN/Disney, Discovery, MTV/Nickelodeon, National Geographic and the BBC. “As these contracts expire we are able to engage in carriage discussions with those providers,” Fetch TV CEO Scott Lorson tells Deadline. Foxtel agreed to not renew exclusive IPTV deals with those channels in April when it obtained the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission’s approval to buy regional satcaster Austar. Part-owned by Malaysia’s ASTRO All Asia Networks, Fetch TV launched in Australia in 2010 and wholesales its services via ISP providers Optus and iiNet. Lorson won’t disclose subscriber numbers but says they’ve been growing since iiNet started bundling IPTV with broadband and fixed lines services in July and Optus followed suit in October.
Fetch TV currently provides 25 linear channels as well as on-demand channels. It has PPV movies deals with all major U.S. studios and offers more than 1,440 movies for rent, including 20-30 new releases per week. As part of the basic package, subscribers also get 30 free movie titles per month from The Movie Network co-owned by WB, Disney, MGM and Australia’s Village Roadshow. TMN’s contract with Foxtel expires on Dec. 31 and Foxtel has been maneuvering to buy films direct from each studio after last month buying the Showtime channels from Sony, NBCUniversal, Paramount, Fox and Liberty Media. Thus far The Movie Network partners have not bought into Foxtel's proposed approach. Foxtel won’t comment on those negotiations but, asked to comment about the end of those exclusivity deals, a spokesman tells Deadline, “Foxtel understands that the media world is becoming increasingly competitive. We are confident that the quality of our content, exclusive and non-exclusive, together with the technology and services that we can offer our customers gives us an advantage as the market develops”. Lorson says he’s looking at the opportunity to launch premium SVOD and linear movie channels, which would mean offering a wider selection of more recent titles on a subscription basis. He’s also keen to expand Fetch TV’s distribution, noting every telco and ISP in Australia apart from Telstra (which owns 50% of Foxtel and has its own IPTV service monikered T-box) is a potential partner. Vodafone is trialing its service on the government-funded $A30.4B National Broadband Network that is progressively rolling out across the nation.
