The Cast Of The Popular Nickelodeon Sitcom "Victorious" Say That Season 4 Is The Best Season Yet!

Below is a Nickelodeon News article about the all-new fourth season of the hit Nickelodeon comedy series "Victorious", which Nickelodeon USA is currently premiering in North America every Saturday night as part of Nickelodeon USA's brand new Nickelodeon Programming Stunt and Block called "Gotta See Saturdays", from the 'Nickelodeon Stars' section of the (geo-locked) official Nickelodeon USA website, Nick.com:
The Victorious Cast Says This Is The Best Season Yet!

Just when you thought Victorious couldn't get any better, the new season hit the tube! And not only do we think these all new episodes are some of the best yet, but the cast thinks so, too! While walking the red carpet at the Creative Arts Emmys, the Hollywood Arts posse spilled to ClevverTV on how excited they are for the new shows airing this fall.

When chatting about their thousands of fans and followers, Liz Gillies exclaimed, "They're gonna be so happy to see these episodes coming out!" And Ariana Grande added, "The season that is yet to come out is the best season yet."

But Avan Jogia thinks that the reason these episodes are so fantastic is because their group is tighter than ever! According to Avan, the set was filled with fun and games while shooting the last few episodes. "We just joked around," he said. "It was a good time."

And Avan wasn't alone. Everyone in this star-studded cast agrees. This season is the sweetest because of the close bond the cast shares on and off the screen. "We've really grown a family, you know, three years!" Leon Thomas said. "I think the last couple of episodes are just the complete essence of all of us being friends and being comfortable together," Liz added. And Ariana continued, "The hardest I've ever laughed in my entire life has been with these people."

Well, funny enough, the hardest we've ever laughed was probably watching the show! And we've still got quite a few laughs left. Don't miss another all new episode of Victorious coming your way this Saturday at 8:30/7:30c!

Viacom's Antonio Campo Dall'Orto Shines Light On The World's 'Super-Now Generation' At The Abu Dhabi Media Summit 2012

From Broadcast:
Viacom's Dall’Orto shines light on the world’s 'super-now generation'

Viacom's evp of music brands spotlights the youth market, especially in the Middle East.

Antonio Campo Dall’Orto, executive vice president of music brands for Viacom International Media Networks (VIMN), delivered a rousing presentation about the Middle East’s youth market at the Abu Dhabi Media Summit today.

Dall’Orto summarised the key characteristics and insights from ten US and global research studies conducted between 2009 and 2011, which collected data from 24 countries, including Egypt and Saudi Arabia for the first time.

Dall’Orto started out by confirming that there are almost 2.4 billion ‘Millennials’ (people born 1981-2001) – also known as ‘Generation Y’ and the ‘Echo Boomers’ - in the world today, accounting for 34% of the total global population. The Middle East’s ‘Millennial’ bracket rises to an astonishing 48%.

Millenials' spending power is pushing $1 trillion, he said, making them increasingly important in the consumer chain.

Dall’Orto characterised Middle Eastern Millennials as “better educated, more self-esteemed, more demanding, more tech-savvy and more ambitious” than previous generations: “Their positivity and freedom is provided by technology, the strength of relationship with their parents and their use of humour and wit,” he said.

“This generation want to reform the world in a positive manner rather than rebel against it,” he continued. He singled out its “strong sense of social responsibility” and said it is the “most positive generation in decades.”

They are the “supernow generation,” he added: “They live in the moment and have cancelled failure from their vocabulary. Authenticity is a by-word for this generation – cheating or falseness are considered among the new deadly sins.”

Connectivity and sharing is vital to this generation, he said: “Media consumption is characterised by multitasking in this multimedia world they have grown up in – they are digital natives – it’s not technology it’s life and technology is used to share culture and ideas.”

“We’re seeing the increasing power of the collective fuel new ways of doing things,” he concluded.

Campo Dall’Orto is also the MD of VIMN’s South Europe cluster, a position he has held since 1999, overseeing Italy, Spain, Portugal, France, Greece, Africa, the Middle East, Malta and Turkey. His remit covers VIMN's brands in the region, including MTV, Nickelodeon, Comedy Central, Paramount Channel, VH1 and Game One.

Campo Dall’Orto originally joined MTV Networks International in 1997 to lead the launch of MTV Italy as the first MD of the channel.

The collection is slated to launch in North America and the UK in January 2013 and will roll out in global markets later in the year. The companies have a long-standing relationship and first partnered together in 2006 to create LEGO® SpongeBob Squarepants. Nickelodeon's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles premiered on Sept. 29 and was an instant hit, drawing almost 12 million viewers during its premiere weekend.

LEGO Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles brings the action-packed adventures of Michelangelo, Donatello, Raphael and Leonardo to life in LEGO form with a series of vehicles, renowned scenes and iconic LEGO minifigures. One playset and select minifigures from the forthcoming line will be unveiled at the LEGO booth #1538 at New York Comic-Con at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center from October 11-14.

"We are thrilled to partner again with Nickelodeon to help bring Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles to a new generation of kids," said Jill Wilfert, vice president, licensing and entertainment for The LEGO Group. "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles seamlessly combines action and comedy and Nickelodeon is brilliantly balancing what was great about the original property while still making it feel fresh. The series begins as the turtles emerge from their hidden lair in the sewers for the very first time, ready to confront the wondrous and hostile world of New York City and face enemies more dangerous and pizza more delicious than anything they could have imagined. Funnier and with more ninjutsu than ever before, the show will explore the companionship of four teenage brothers learning to rely on themselves and one another as they unravel the mystery of their existence and grow to become the heroes in a half-shell that they are destined to be. The premiere episode was executive produced by Ciro Nieli, Joshua Sternin & J.R. Ventimilia and Peter Hastings.

The 26-episode, half-hour action-comedy series breathes new life into the wildly popular band of reptile brothers played by Jason Biggs (American Pie) as "Leonardo," Rob Paulsen (Planet Sheen) as "Donatello" (Paulsen also voiced the original "Raphael" from 1987-1996 in the very first TMNT series), Greg Cipes (Teen Titans) as "Michelangelo" and Sean Astin (Lord of the Rings) as "Raphael." The series airs regularly on Saturdays at 11:00 a.m. (ET/PT).

LEGO Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles on the Snap Shell

Growing up I was a huge fan of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon. Though I wasn't a fan in the slightest of the horribly cheesy live-action TMNT movie. I was a bit excited when I heard that Nickelodeon was coming out with a new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon and that cartoon has turned out to be impressively popular. To go along with that new cartoon, Nickelodeon and that purveyor of the geekiest of toys, LEGO, have announced new LEGO Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles sets.

The sets will bring Michelangelo, Donatello, Raphael and Leonardo to life as LEGO minifigs, complete with little weapons.

The LEGO Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles sets will include a series of vehicles and scenes building sets. The first set being shown off is #79104 – The Shellraiser Street Chase – complete with pizza delivery truck

The sets are currently being shown off at the New York Comic-Con through October 14th, and will arrive in stores in North America and the U.K. in January 2013.
