Nickelodeon UK Announces Plans To Host "Monster Madness" Weekend Over Saturday 6th October 2012 And Sunday 7th October 2012!

Nickelodeon UK and Ireland have announced in their brand new "It's Monster Madness on Nickelodeon!" trailer/promo (below with transcript), that to celebrate the spookiest and scariest month of the year and Halloween, Nickelodeon UK will be showing a special Halloween themed weekend long night programming stunt and block on Nickelodeon UK and Ireland and Nickelodeon HD UK over Saturday 6th October 2012 and Sunday 7th October 2012 which will feature two hours of some of the most terrifying episodes of Nickelodeon's most popular original animated series ("Nicktoons") - "SpongeBob SquarePants", "The Penguins of Madagascar" and "Fanboy & Chum Chum"!

This weekend from 9pm, you can't run, AND, you can't hide, because every you turn, it's Monster Madness on Nickelodeon!

The Halloween horror fun begins on Saturday 6th October 2012 at 9pm with "SpongeBob SquarePants" as Patrick Star makes a new friend in the chilling episode 'The Monster Who Came To Bikini Bottom', then SpongeBob and all the Bikini Bottom citizens disappear in 'Welcome To The Bikini Bottom Triangle'. [subtitles]

The blood curdling screams continue at 9.30pm in New York's Central Park Zoo with "The Penguins of Madagascar", where Nickelodeon viewers will get to see the penguins go to the moon and meet a moon cat in 'Launchtime', and then in 'Haunted Habitat', see Marlene and Skipper travel down to the sewer to track down some scary night-time noises.

Then at 10.00pm, the fright-fest continues with "Fanboy and Chum Chum" when Fanboy is sure he has been bitten by a vampire, and Chum Chum wants to be bitten too (but can't as he doesn't have a neck) in 'Fangboy', then in 'Monster in the Mist', Boog believes he has seen a monster at the Frosty Mart, and Fanboy and Chum Chum help him to catch it!

The first evening of Nickelodeon UK's "Monster Madness" weekend concludes at 10.30pm as Nickelodeon viewers revisit Manhattans Central Park Zoo for even more spooky tales courtesy of "The Penguins of Madagascar", when in "I Was a Penguin Zombie", Skipper goes to the vet. However, while he's there, the rest of the team thinks Skipper has turned into a zombie! Skipper must convince his friends he's not a raving monster!
