Nickelodeon Europe And Studio 100 To Release First Issue Of The Official Magazine Of "Hotel 13" In Europe On Tuesday 25th September 2012

According to the German actor Patrick Baehr, who plays the character 'Tom Kepler' in Nickelodeon Europe's brand new live-action daily soap opera series called "Hotel 13", which Nickelodeon is currently co-producing with the Belgium production company "Studio 100", who also make the hit mystery Nickelodeon TV series, "House of Anubis" for Nickelodeon channels and networks around the world, on his official Twitter profile page (@PatrickBaehr), to accompany Nickelodeon's brand new show, "Hotel 13", which premiered on Nickelodeon Belgium (België), Nickelodeon Germany (Deutschland), Nickelodeon Norway (Norge), Nickelodeon Switzerland (Schweiz), Nickelodeon Sweden (Sverige), Nickelodeon Denmark (Danmark), Nickelodeon Netherlands (Nederland), Nickelodeon Austria (Österreich) and Nickelodeon Finland (Suomi) on Monday 3rd September 2012, Nickelodeon and Studio 100 will be releasing a brand new multi-issue official "Hotel 13" magazine to tie-in the brand new series, which will be released on Tuesday 25th September 2012 in Germany, Austria and Switzerland:

Nickelodeon UK To Premiere More Brand New Episodes Of The Hit Nickelodeon Show "iCarly" As Part Of Nickelodeon UK's Autumn/Winter 2012 highlights!

Nickelodeon UK has announced the Nickelodeon UK News that Nickelodeon UK is planning to premiere and show more brand new episodes of the hit Nickelodeon comedy series "iCarly", including the brand new "iCarly" episodes "iBattle Chip" and "iPear Store", on Nickelodeon UK and Ireland and Nickelodeon HD UK between September 2012 and October 2012, as part of Nickelodeon UK's Autumn/Winter 2012 highlights!

Nickelodeon's "iCarly" is a North American teen sitcom that focuses on a girl named Carly Shay (portrayed by Miranda Cosgrove) who creates her own web show called 'iCarly' with her best friends Sam Puckett (played by Jennette McCurdy) and Freddie Benson (portrayed by Nathan Kress). The series was created by Dan Schneider, who also serves as executive producer. The popular Nickelodeon comedy show "iCarly" also co-stars Jerry Trainor as Spencer, and Noah Munck as Gibby. Seasons 1–5 of "iCarly" was taped at Nickelodeon on Sunset, with Season 6 being filmed at KTLA Studios in Hollywood, California. The show premiered on Nickelodeon USA on September 8, 2007, and was originally rated TV-Y7, but was later changed to TV-G.

In the brand new episode of "iCarly" called "iBattle Chip", after Spencer's arch-nemesis Chuck pulls his latest prank on him and steals his clothes, Spencer finally gets rid of his nemesis by getting Chuck sent to military school. However, this causes Chuck's younger brother Chip to hate Spencer and terrorise him more than Chuck did. Meanwhile, Gibby buys a Galaxy Wars toy phaser and becomes depressed when Sam accidentally breaks it while beating up a bully. However soon becomes ecstatic when Freddie fixes it and modifies it into an actually working heat laser gun. During an iCarly webcast, Chip antagonises everyone with loud music, making it impossible for them to continue. Guest Stars: BooG!e as T-Bo, Jacob Bertrand as Chip, Spencer List as Lurvin, the boy who was bullied at the Groovie Smoothie.

The brand new episode of "iCarly" titled "iPear Store" see's Freddie's dream job working at the Pear Store accidentally ruined by Sam after she gets employed with him. Meanwhile, Spencer makes a fire for the 18th time and because of their tiredness, the fire department is done with the Shays and to apologise, Spencer brings a batch of brownies to the station. Unfortunately, the vengeful staff makes him volunteer at the fire station, which leads to another fire, this time at the station, plus, Carly meets a boy at the Pear Store named Trey and becomes obsessed to get him to ask her out. Note: When Carly is leaving to go get carmel corn for Trey, the iCarly TV says "channel 104: Zoey 101" and "channel 105: Drake and Josh".

SANTA MONICA, Calif., Sept. 18, 2012 /Nickelodeon Press Release via PRNewswire/ -- Nick at Nite will premiere its brand-new live-action family comedy executive produced by and starring Scott Baio, See Dad Run on Sunday, Oct. 14, at 8p.m. (ET/PT). A multi-camera scripted half-hour, the series follows David Hobbs (Baio) an actor who, after ten years of starring as America's favorite TV dad, becomes a stay-at-home father while his soap star wife (Alanna Ubach, Legally Blonde) makes her return to the limelight. Mark Curry (Hangin' with Mr. Cooper) also stars as David's friend, Marcus. Nick at Nite will air the pilot of See Dad Run on Saturday, Oct. 6 at 9p.m. (ET/PT), with the series airing regularly on Sundays at 8p.m. (ET/PT).

See Dad Run features David Hobbs who has spent the last decade playing the perfect father on one of TV's biggest sitcoms. But when the series ends and his wife resumes her own television career, he finds himself cast in his most challenging role to date: handling the day-to-day needs of three kids who've grown accustomed to not having him around. David soon learns that playing a dad on TV is child's play compared to the real thing. In the premiere episode, "See Dad Lose Janie," David runs into a hiccup with his stay-at-home dad responsibilities when he misplaces Janie (Bailey Michelle Brown) and must scramble to get her back before Amy finds out. Rounding out the cast are Ryan Newman (Zeke and Luther) as David's oldest daughter, Emily and Jackson Brundage (One Tree Hill) as David's son, Joe. Water companies celebrated for successful efficiency projects

Five water companies were recognised for water efficiency projects last night, along with such diverse parties as an animated camel on Nickelodeon and a youth hostel in Scotland.

Waterwise and the Environment Agency, hosting the UK Water Efficiency Awards, said UK businesses could save more than £3.5 billion a year with water efficiency measures.

Cartoon camel and Swindon are water efficiency winners

What do a cartoon camel, the town of Swindon and a plant nursery have in common? They're all winners when it comes to water efficiency.

That's according to the Environment Agency and Waterwise, which are urging businesses to use water efficiency to boost their profits on the day it announces the results of its UK Water Efficiency Awards 2012.

Winners included a plant nursery in Southamption which is saving itself at least £20,000 a year as it is no longer reliant on mains water to irrigate its plants. It brought in a seven million litre reservoir, rainwater capture and a clean water storage and pumping system.

The town of Swindon also bagged an award for its project to cut water use by one million litres a day by 2014. It is on course to achieve the ambitious goal after already slashing overall use by more than 560,000 litres a day.

GabiH2O, the rapping cartoon camel was another of the winning projects, as the UK’s first on-air animated character dedicated to educating children about water efficiency, created in partnership between Nickelodeon UK and United Utilities and Southern Water.

Rapping camel wins water saving award

The UK Water Efficiency Awards ceremony has just been held at the House of Lords where 23 deserving projects were recognised for their efforts to help save water.

The awards, created by Waterwise and the Environment Agency, coincided with the Environment Agency’s Greener Business initiative which recognises the green businesses which are helping to drive green growth, despite tough economic times.

The awards took place in The Cholmondeley Room and Terrace at the House of Lords with the 23 recipients ranging from the creative to the practical, demonstrating the variety of ways in which organisations are cutting water consumption.

The Environment Agency’s Chairman’s Award went to ‘Save Water Swindon’. The collaborative project, involving Thames Water, WWF and Waterwise, is on course to achieve its ambitious goal of reducing water consumption in Swindon by one million litres a day by 2014! The town has already reduced overall use by more than 560,000 litres a day.

A rapping camel also won an award. Gabi the Camel, an animated animal on Nickelodeon UK, raps to the kids about the need to save water.

UK 2012 Water Efficiency Award Winners Announced

The Environment Agency and Waterwise urged businesses to reduce their water usage, saying UK businesses could save more than £3.5 billion a year by using water efficiency measures.

The Environment Agency and Waterwise announced the 2012 winners of their Water Efficiency Awards. They were chosen for demonstrating creative but practical ways for reducing water consumption.

The winner in the farming and horticulture sector is Lowaters Nursery in Southampton, which built a reservoir of 7 million liters' capacity and uses rainwater capture and a clean water storage and pumping system to avoid relying on the public water system. The nursery has saved at least £20,000 a year, according to the two organizations.

Save Water Swindon won the Environment Agency's Chairman's Award. Started in 2010, the project is a partnership of Thames Water, Waterwise, and the World Wildlife Fund to reduce water use in Swindon, which is in a region the Environment Agency has classified as "seriously water stressed" (meaning all available water sources already are in use and wildlife is under increasing pressure). The town gets its water from two rivers, the Kennet and the Thames. Save Water Swindon aims to reduce water consumption in the town by 1 million liters per day by 2014 and is on course to achieve that goal, having cut overall use by more than 560,000 liter per day.

Winning in the Campaigns & Education Category was a project featuring Gabi the camel, described as the UK's first on-air animated character dedicated to educating children about water efficiency. GabiH2O, in partnership with Nickelodeon UK and sponsored by United Utilities and Southern Water, features a rapping camel educating children on the need to save water.

A runner-up in the Built Environment category is Tap into Savings, a water and energy saving program in Essex that is saving more than 80,000 liters per day. More than 3,000 homes have been fitted with water-saving devices such as shower flow regulators and dual-flush mechanisms, saving about 15 percent per household.

"The recent drought has brought the need for water efficiency into sharp focus," said Lord Chris Smith, chairman of the Environment Agency. "We want to see all businesses reducing their water usage and using this to deliver environmental and financial benefits.
