To celebrate and promote Nickelodeon USA starting to premiere and show Nickelodeon's brand new CGI-animated "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" television series from Saturday, September 29, 2012, starting with a special one-hour television event at 11:00 a.m (ET/PT), Nickelodeon USA's official (geo-locked) website, Nick.com, has unveiled a brand new and exclusive "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" comic area on their official "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" website, Nick.com/Turtles, where, every week, Nickelodeon will be releasing one brand new and exclusive issue of their brand new special interactive "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" comic book series called "Tales From The Turtle Lair", which allows TMNT fans and Nick.com visitors to flip through the online comic using their Internet browsers, to lead up to the premiere of Nickelodeon's brand new "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" show on Nickelodeon USA on Saturday 29th September 2012 at 11.00am (ET/PT)!

Nickelodeon's brand new original television movie "Rags", a musical gender inversion of the classic "Cinderella" story, follows the story of Charlie Prince, an orphan living in New York City with his acerbic and unloving stepfather and spoiled, simple-minded stepbrothers Andrew and Lloyd (House of Anubis' Burkely Duffield). Charlie's dream is to be a singer, and while he is vocally talented and can write music, he can't seem to catch a break. Kadee Worth, on the other hand, is the daughter of music mogul Reginald Worth (Isaiah Mustafa) and is an international pop phenomenon. While the world knows her as a glamorous superstar, she is secretly frustrated with singing other people's songs and wearing clothes other people choose for her. Kadee wants the world to hear and see her true talent. Despite every obstacle that gets thrown in their way, once Charlie and Kadee find one another, they each finally get what they have been looking for – a voice, a stage, an audience and each other.
