Nickelodeon Africa Announces Debut Plans For Nickelodeon's Brand New Animated Original Series "The Legend Of Korra"

Nickelodeon Africa has announced on the "Nick Highlights" page on their official Facebook profile page Nickelodeon Africa's premiere plans for the brand new animated original Nickelodeon series (Nicktoon) "The Legend Of Korra".

According to Nick Africa, to lead up to and celebrate Nickelodeon Africa starting to show the brand new animated Nickelodeon show "The Legend Of Korra", Nickelodeon Africa will host a special "Avatar: The Last Airbender" (also known as "Avatar: The Legend of Aang") marathon weekend over Saturday 25th August 2012 and Sunday 26th August 2012 which will feature every episode from the popular animated original Nickelodeon series "Avatar: The Last Airbender", then, straight after Nick Africa's "Avatar" marathon on 26/8/2012, Nickelodeon Africa will show a special sneak peek preview of "The Legend Of Korra"!

After Nickelodeon Africa shows the special sneak peek preview of "The Legend Of Korra" on Sunday 26th August 2012, Nickelodeon Africa will then fully premiere Nickelodeon's brand new animated original Nickelodeon series (Nicktoon) "The Legend Of Korra" on Saturday 1st September 2012, where Nick Africa will be showing brand new episodes of "Legend of Korra" every weekend at 10:25am and 6:00pm!:

Every weekend at 10:25 and 18:00 starting from Saturday 1st of September Republic City is everything that Avatar Aang and Fire Lord Zuko fought for when they ended the Hundred Year War. With balance restored to the four nations, benders and non-benders can live together in peace, in this thriving metropolitan area. But even the steampunk paradise of Republic City has its problems, as the next Avatar discovers. When Avatar Korra arrives in Republic City to master her airbending, she comes face to face with criminal bending gangs as well as members of a vocal anti-bending revolution. Before long, Korra's Avatar skills are put to the test when she encounters a group of Chi-blockers led by the charismatic and mysterious Amon, who threatens the city and all the benders in it. Despite the immense danger, Korra vows to fight the growing anti-bending revolution. But will she be able to stop Amon before he rises to power and makes his vision of a bending-free world a reality?

Nickelodeon UK Reveals More Details About Their Upcoming Brand New Week-Long "Victorious" Programming Special Event, "Vic In The UK", Premiering From Monday 13th August 2012 At 5.00pm

Nickelodeon UK has revealed on the "What's On" schedule section on the official Nickelodeon UK and Ireland website, Nick.co.uk, that Nickelodeon UK's upcoming 'Victorious In The UK' programming stunt, "Vic In The UK", will be a brand new and exclusive week-long programming block, in which Nick UK will be showing four back-to-back episodes of the popular Nickelodeon show "Victorious" daily on Nickelodeon UK and Ireland and Nickelodeon HD UK starting from Monday 13th August 2012 and Friday 17th August 2012 between 5.00pm and 7.00pm (repeated between 6.00pm and 8.00pm on Nick UK's plus one (+1) timeshift channel, Nick Replay UK), and will also feature exclusive in-vision continuity links featuring clips of when Nickelodeon Star and actress Victoria Justice, who portrays the title character 'Tori Vega' in the hit Nickelodeon sitcom "VicTORIous", visited and toured London, UK in October 2011, when she attended Nickelodeon UK's special "Victorious Cast Fan Event", and/or when Victoria Justice visited the UK in February 2012, over her 19th Birthday, to attend Nickelodeon UK's exclusive "Victorious" fashion show and meet and greet super fans at "Asda Thurrock Living" to celebrate the launch of Nickelodeon and Viacom Consumer Products UK's brand new "Victorious merchandise" line, and to attend the 2012 BRIT Awards ceremony at the O2 Arena in London, UK.
