Nickelodeon UK Announces That "House Of Anubis" Stars Brad Kavanagh and Ana Mulvoy Ten To Be Nick UK's Nickelodeon 2012 Kids' Choice Awards Presenters

Nickelodeon UK and Ireland have announced and confirmed on their official Twitter profile page (@NickelodeonUK) that Nickelodeon Stars Brad Kavanagh and Ana Mulvoy Ten, who portray the characters 'Fabian Rutter' and 'Amber Millington' on Nickelodeon's hit live action mystery/drama television show "House Of Anubis", will be Nickelodeon UK's presenters at the Nickelodeon 2012 Kids' Choice Awards, and will be presenting the the UK version of the Nickelodeon 2012 Kids' Choice Awards from Nickelodeon's famous Orange Carpet at the Galen Center at USC in Los Angeles, California, USA on Saturday 31st March 2012, which Nickelodeon UK and Ireland and Nickelodeon HD UK will premiere and show on Sunday 1st April 2012 from 5.30pm:

Nickelodeon UK originally scheduled to premiere the brand new episode of the popular Nickelodeon show "iCarly" called "iMeet the First Lady" on Monday 16th April 2012 at 5.30pm, but have now postponed the premiere of the new episode by a week to celebrate British talent on Nickelodeon UK by premiering the brand new episode of "iCarly" called "iGo One Direction" (formally "iGot Jungle Worms"), which guest stars the UK-Irish Boy Band 'One Direction', to coincide with the premiere of season two of "House of Anubis" on Nickelodeon UK.

Quddus, Former Presenter Of Nickelodeon's "Dance on Sunset", To Host ABC's "Duets"

Quddus to host Kelly Clarkson, Lionel Richie singing contest 'Duets'

Quddus [Benjamin Quddus Philippe] will present the upcoming music talent show featuring Kelly Clarkson.

Quddus has signed up to host ABC's upcoming music talent show Duets.

The former Total Request Live presenter will head up the new series, which will include Kelly Clarkson, Jennifer Nettles, Lionel Richie and Robin Thicke as coaches.

Duets sees the four artists searching America for their protégés, before choosing two singers to perform duets with them each week on the show.

The finale will have only one artist and their protégé left standing, with the amateur singer signing a recording contract with Hollywood Records.

"This show is going to take the singing competition genre to the next level and I'm absolutely honoured to be a part of it," Quddus said in a statement.

The Canadian MTV VJ also previously hosted Dance on Sunset on Nickelodeon in 2008, and has appeared as an Access Hollywood correspondent.

Kelly Clarkson has previously said of Duets: "The simple fact that I get to go out and find two people that I believe in, sing with them every week, and help them accomplish their dream is an amazing thing that I can't wait to be a part of!"

Duets will premiere on ABC in the US this summer.

Portuguese pubcaster RTP [Rádio e Televisão de Portugal, S.A.] has acquired seven telemovies from distributor Elastic Rights, including titles from the Roxy Hunter franchise and Nickelodeon US’s first film.

The deal includes four 90-minute Roxy Hunter films, namely Roxy Hunter and the Mystery of the Moody Ghost, Roxy Hunter and the Secret of the Shaman, Roxy Hunter and the Myth of the Mermaid and Roxy Hunter and the Horrific Halloween. They follow an adventurous nine-year-old girl who attempts to solve mysteries with her friends.

Shredderman Rules was Nick’s debut original movie and first aired in 2007. It follows a boy who doubles as the unidentified owner of a website that exposes wrongdoers.

The other titles are The Last Day of Summer, about a boy who wants summer vacation to last forever and gets his wish, and Gym Teacher, which was Nick’s first family telemovie.

Dolphin Entertainment produces all seven films.

Hollywood actress Kristen Stewart is going to attend the United States Kids Choice Awards Ceremony on Saturday 31st March at 8 p.m. ET, which will be the Nickelodeon’s 25th Annual Awards.

21-year-old Kristen Stewart and ‘Twilight Saga’ co-star Taylor Launter will be making their appearance in the Nickelodeon’s 25th Annual Kids Choice Awards. Hollywood sources said, Robert Pattinson might hit the red carpet along with her girl friend Stewart on Saturday night at USC Galen Center in University Park, Los Angeles.

‘Men in Black’ star Will Smith will be the program host at the Nickelodeon’s 25th Annual Kids’ Choice Awards, where will begin the promotional run-up to the release of his upcoming movie ‘Men in Black 3’ on 25th May. Kristen has been nominated for the favorite actress for the ‘Breakdown’ while Pattinson was nominated for a UK Kids’ Choice Awards for Favorite UK actor.

The first Lady Michelle Obama will be honoring the singer Taylor Swift at Nickelodeon’s 25th Annual Awards, 45-year-old Adam Sandler also nominated for his role in the critically panned ‘Jack & Jill’, where he believe Pattinson is deserved better to get ward at Nickelodeon.

A few scenes from One Direction's guest appearance on Nickelodeon sitcom "iCarly" were previewed on E! Entertainment Television's "E! News" on March 29, 2012. Meanwhile, One Direction spent the day in the Los Angeles area rehearsing for the group's performance on Nickelodeon's 25th Annual Kids' Choice Awards on March 31, 2012. The awards show takes place at University of Southern California's Galen Center in Los Angeles.

As previously reported, the "iCarly" episode (originally titled "iGot Jungle Worms" but changed "iGo One Direction") premieres on April 7, 2012 [Monday 16th April at 5.30pm on Nickelodeon UK and Ireland and Nickelodeon HD UK]. In the episode, the members of One Direction play versions of themselves, and they perform "What Makes You Beautiful."

The episode's storyline has Harry Styles pretending to have an illness to get sympathy and affection from Carly (played by Miranda Cosgrove). The other members of One Direction then play a prank on Styles and pretend they are going to replace him in the band.

The "E! News" segment showed one of the scenes with Styles saying, "I'll be ready. Just please don't let me sing or dance." In another scene, he is sitting on a chair and clutching his stomach, while One Direction's Niall Horan, Zayn Malik and Louis Tomlinson stand around him. Styles asks, "Will somebody hold me?" His band mates step away from him and say, "No!"

One Direction filmed the "iCarly" episode in January 2012. In an "E! News" interview on the set of "iCarly," Malik said he watches "iCarly" back in his native England: "I've got three sisters. I've got two younger sisters, and they watch the program as well. So I watch it with them. I spoke to my younger sister the other day. I took a few pictures of the ['iCarly'] set. She was really excited."

Horan explained the episode's plot, "Basically, Carly (Miranda) goes off on a trip in the jungle. And when she comes back, she comes back, she gets what's called 'jungle worms' from the water that she drinks."

Styles chimed in, "Them pesky jungle worms. It's fun! I just have to groan loudly a lot."

Meanwhile, on March 29, 2012, One Direction rehearsed for its Kids' Choice Awards performance at Center Staging in Burbank, California.

A photo of One Direction's seating arrangements at the awards show was posted on the Internet, and it shows One Direction in the second row, seated next Nicki Minaj. Heidi Klum's seat is directly behind One Direction.

One Direction came in third place on "The X Factor" U.K. in 2010.

One Direction was not eligible for the 2012 Kids' Choice Awards since One Direction's debut album, "Up All Night," was released in the U.S. on March 13, 2012, after the eligibility date. (One Direction is nominated for the U.K.'s 2012 Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards categories, which are not shown during the U.S. telecast.) But given One Direction's massive breakthrough in America (including "Up All Night" debuting at No. in the U.S.), expect One Direction to get multiple nominations at the 2013 Kids' Choice Awards.
