Nickelodeon UK Announces Plans To Premiere Nickelodeon's Brand New Stop-Motion Animated "SpongeBob SquarePants" Christmas Special "It's A SpongeBob Christmas" As Part Of Their Autumn/Winter 2012 Programming Line-Up!

Nickelodeon UK has announced the Nickelodeon UK News that Nickelodeon UK is planning to premiere and show Nickelodeon's first full-length stop-motion animated special "It's A SpongeBob Christmas!" on Nickelodeon UK and Ireland and Nickelodeon HD UK in December 2012, as part of Nickelodeon UK's Autumn/Winter 2012 line-up and "Christmas on Nickelodeon UK 2012"!

In Nickelodeon's brand new holiday special, "It's A SpongeBob Christmas!", Plankton vows to get his Christmas wish – the Krabby Patty formula – by turning everyone in Bikini Bottom bad by feeding them his special jerktonium-laced fruitcake. The brand new "SpongeBob SquarePants" Christmas special also features John Goodman ("Roseanne") as Santa Claus.

Nickelodeon's brand new "SpongeBob SquarePants" Christmas special, "It's A SpongeBob Christmas!", is based on Nickelodeon's hugely popular original animated series ("NickToon") "SpongeBob SquarePants" and is inspired by the classic Rankin/Bass ("Rudolf the Red-Nosed Reindeer", "Santa Claus is Comin' to Town") specials, and the popular SpongeBob SquarePants song released in 2009, "Don't Be a Jerk, It's Christmas," written by Tom Kenny (voice of SpongeBob) and Andy Paley.
