Viacom-owned Nickelodeon has ordered a third season of its serialised mystery drama House of Anubis.

Belgium's Studio100 and the UK's Lime Pictures will again join the children’s channel to coproduce the show, as was the case with the previous two seasons. The second season recently launched in the US and is rolling elsewhere.
The Anubis format, which follows a group of students that solve mysteries while traversing daily school life, is based on Studio100-produced Benelux series Het Huis Anubis, currently in its sixth season on local Nick feeds. A German version launched in 2009.
The various versions have to date broadcast in the US, the UK, Belgium, Holland, Germany, Sweden, Austria, Switzerland, Australia, Sweden, Croatia and Mexico.

TOWIE producer Lime Pictures is to make a third series of Nickelodeon teen drama House of Anubis.
The programme follows a group of students who uncover and solve mysteries at their school.
The length of the series is unconfirmed, but it is understood it will be on the same scale as the previous, which was 45 x 30-minutes.

Jules Borken, Nickelodeon senior vice president of international acquisitons and international programmes, greenlit the third run.
The series, which is broadcast in the US, UK and Netherlands, is co-produced by All3Media’s Lime Pictures and Studio 100.
It is based on the format Het Huis Anubis, which was originally produced for Nickelodeon in Benelux.

The soap style, mystery adventure series House of Anubis has been greenlit by Nickelodeon, its Belgium-based partner Studio 100 and UK-based co-producer Lime Pictures for a third season.
The US format of soap/mystery series House of Anubis, from Belgium-based Studio 100 and UK’s Lime Pictures, has been greenlit by Nickelodeon for a third season.
Debuting in 2011, this new version of the Nickelodeon international series recreated and recast for US, Australian and UK audiences, is headed back into production in the UK.
House of Anubis – the first Nickelodeon US live-action show produced in the UK – follows the trials and tribulations of a group of students who uncover and solve hidden mysteries at an English boarding school while coping with the ups and downs of teenage life.
Countries currently airing the series include Holland, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the UK, the US, Australia, Sweden, Croatia and Mexico. Belgium and the Netherlands are currently airing season six of the original Belgium format, while a German-language version debuted in September 2009.
The second season recently aired in the US and will roll out in other territories. In addition, a House of Anubis movie will be released in German theaters by Studio 100 this spring.

Lime Pictures' children's drama House of Anubis has been commissioned by Nickelodeon UK for a third series.
The show follows a group of students who uncover hidden mysteries at an English boarding school.
"Anubis is a ratings hit on both sides of the Atlantic," said a spokesperson for Liverpool-based Lime.
"It is Nickelodeon’s number one rated show in the UK, Australia and America and last year won a prestigious Nickelodeon Kids Choice Award – voted for by the fans as their favourite UK show."
The second series was shot at Lime's studio in Speke and is being broadcast on weekday evenings at 6pm. Episodes are also available on video-on-demand platforms within 24 hours.
The show is based on the Belgian format Het Huis Anubis. Lime produces it with Belgian partner Studio 100.

THE Liverpool-made teen drama mystery House of Anubis will return for a third series.
Childwall-based co-producer Lime Pictures, whose credits include Hollyoaks and The Only Way Is Essex, today confirmed the news.
Another series was commissioned by Nickelodeon after proving a ratings hit on both sides of the Atlantic.
House of Anubis follows a group of students who uncover and solve hidden mysteries at an English boarding school while dealing with the highs and lows of their teenage years.
The first season of House of Anubis, which was filmed in Liverpool in July 2010, launched in the US in January last year.
It was later screened in the UK and Australia and was shown to millions on Nickelodeon channels around the world in 2011.
The second season, which was shot in Speke, is currently showing on Nickelodeon UK.
A spokeswoman for Lime Pictures told the ECHO: “Series three will resume production later this year.”
Based on the Belgian/Dutch show, Het Huis Anubis, the series was originally produced in the Benelux countries and is in its sixth season in Belgium and the Netherlands.
The German-language version, Das Haus Anubis, went on air in September 2009.
Viewers are able to watch the series in Holland, Germany, Austria and Switzerland, the UK, America, Australia, Sweden, Croatia and Mexico.
Lime Pictures will co-produce the series along with Belgian production company Studio 100.
House of Anubis is Nickelodeon’s number one rated show in the UK, Australia and America.
Last year it won a Nickelodeon Kids Choice Award, which was voted for by the fans as their favourite UK show.
Since its UK launch in February 2011, thousands of followers have created their own works of fan fiction and even created their own Sibuna gangs in homage to the show’s leading characters.
Nathalia Ramos, who plays Nina Martin, previously said she would not return for a third series.
The 19-year-old will concentrate on her studies, but was reportedly still planning to carry on her acting as she's already signed up to appear in film Resident Advisor.
