Nickelodeon Inks A Raft Of International Deals For A Slate Original Nickelodeon Television Movies

New international sales for Nickelodeon movies

Nickelodeon has inked a raft of deals with international broadcasters (Latin and South America, Europe) for its movies including The Boy Who Cried Werewolf, The Best Player, A Fairly Odd Movie: Grow Up, Timmy Turner, Big Time Rush Movie, Merry Christmas Drake & Josh, and The American Mall.

Made-for-TV teen sci-fi comedy The Boy Who Cried Werewolf (starring Victoria Justice) has been snagged by Brazil’s TV Globo, Mexico’s Televisa, Canada’s YTV, Canada’s VRAK TV for French speaking rights, Uruguay’s Monte Carlo TV, Honduras’ TV Hondureña, Italy’s RAI, Iceland’s 365, and Columbia’s Provideo for its City TV channel.

Online gaming movie The Best Player has been acquired by Brazil’s TV Globo, Mexico’s Televisa, Canada’s YTV, Canada’s VRAK TV for French speaking rights, Uruguay’s Monte Carlo TV, and Italy’s RAI.

For animated series spin-off A Fairly Odd Movie: Grow Up, Timmy Turner, broadcasters on board include Columbia’s Provideo for its City TV channel, Mexico’s Televisa, Canada’s YTV, Uruguay’s Monte Carlo TV, and Italy’s RAI.

In addition, Uruguay’s Monte Carlo TV has picked up musical The American Mall, Canada’s YTV has snapped up Big Time Rush Movie, and Honduras’ TV Hondureña has renewed Merry Christmas Drake & Josh.
