Brand-New Thundermans Spinoff Series—Starring Original Series

HOLLYWOOD, Calif.– Dec. 19, 2024–Nickelodeon today revealed the trailer, first-look images and the premiere date for The Thundermans: Undercover, a brand-new spinoff series based on characters from the original live-action show. Premiering on Wednesday, Jan. 22, at 7 p.m. (ET/PT) on Nickelodeon, the half-hour series follows Phoebe and Max as they are sent undercover to handle a new threat in the beachside town of Secret Shores and bring Chloe along to develop her superhero talent. The Thundermans: Undercover will air regularly Wednesdays at 7 p.m. (ET/PT) on Nickelodeon and will roll out internationally on Nickelodeon channels later in the year.
In the premiere episode, “Thundercover,” Phoebe and Max are assigned a mission in their new hi-tech beach home base, where their superhero identities remain a secret. They bring Chloe along to help her have a normal life, but the trio must stop the threats of Secret Shores and the true supervillain known as the Mastermind.
The Thundermans: Undercover stars original series cast members Kira Kosarin as “Phoebe,” Jack Griffo as “Max,” and Maya Le Clark as “Chloe.” The show also stars Daran Norris as “Thunderford,” and Dana Snyder as the voice of “Dr. Colosso,” as well as new cast members Kinley Cunningham as “Booch” and Nathan Broxton as “Jinx.”
The series will also feature guest appearances from original series cast members including: Chris Tallman as “Hank,” Rosa Blasi as “Barb,” Diego Velazquez as “Billy,” Addison Riecke as “Nora,” Audrey Whitby as “Cherry,” Kenny Ridwan as “Gideon,” Helen Hong as “Mrs. Wong,” Jeff Meachum as “Principal Bradford” and Daniele Gaither as “Super President Kickbutt.” Other guest stars include Ryan Ochoa, Jessica Marie Garcia, Lilimar and Anna McNulty.
The Thundermans Return premiered on Nickelodeon and Paramount+ earlier this year. The feature-length movie follows the superpowered family as they attempt to live a normal life while using their superhuman abilities to stop crime. The Thundermans premiered on Nickelodeon in October 2013 and wrapped its four-season run in 2018. Created and executive produced by three-time Emmy Award-winner Jed Spingarn, the scripted half-hour series follows superhero twins with opposite personalities, Phoebe and Max Thunderman, as they navigate their way through school, friends and a family of extraordinary superheroes, all while keeping their true identities a secret.
The Thundermans: Undercover is executive produced by Jed Spingarn (Big Time Rush, Jimmy Neutron) and Sean W. Cunningham & Marc Dworkin (The Thundermans, Julie and the Phantoms). Kira Kosarin serves as an executive producer and makes her directorial debut in the episode titled “Prank You, Next.” Jack Griffo is also an executive producer on the series. The pilot is directed and co-executive produced by Trevor Kirschner (The Thundermans Return, Raven’s Home). Production of the series for Nickelodeon Studios is overseen by Shauna Phelan, Head of Nickelodeon & Awesomeness Live-Action, along with Executive Brian Banks.

Paramount+ and Nickelodeon today revealed the official trailer and key art for Henry Danger The Movie, a feature-length original movie based on the hit live-action series. In an exciting new chapter of the action-comedy franchise, Henry finds himself racing through a maze of alternate realities with his new superfan sidekick. Henry Danger The Movie will be available to stream in the U.S. on Paramount+ Friday, Jan. 17, and premiere on Nickelodeon that same day at 7 p.m. (ET/PT). The movie will also premiere on Paramount+ in select international markets where the service is available, and launch on Nickelodeon’s international channels later in the year.
In Henry Danger The Movie, Henry Danger (Jace Norman) meets a superfan—eager to fight crime with Kid Danger—who comes into possession of a device that can open up alternate realities. Facing a wild ride, Henry will need his best friend Jasper (Sean Ryan Fox) and his new superfan sidekick to find his way out or be stuck in another dimension forever.

Henry Danger debuted on Nickelodeon in July 2014. The series follows the adventures of Henry Hart, who gets selected by superhero Captain Man to be his apprentice. After promising to keep his new identity a secret, Henry must navigate a double life balancing the challenges of high school with the crazy adventures of a crime fighter.

Henry Danger The Movie is directed by Joe Menendez (Star Trek: Picard, Legends of the Hidden Temple, Snowpiercer) and written by Chris Nowak & Jake Farrow (Henry Danger, Danger Force). Jace Norman serves as executive producer along with Menendez, Nowak and Farrow. Frankie Grande performs an original dance song “Smile,” written by Samantha Martin, Niki Hexum & Zack Hexum. The movie is based on the original Nickelodeon series created by Dan Schneider & Dana Olsen. Nickelodeon UK & Ireland will premiere Sonic Prime, the hit CG-animated adventure series based on the iconic Sonic the Hedgehog franchise, on Monday 20th January 2025!
Sonic Prime comes to Nickelodeon as part of a partnership between Paramount and WildBrain to bring the hit series to the top kids’ entertainment channel. The agreement saw 22 half-hour episodes and one hour-long special of Sonic Prime launch on Nickelodeon in the US and Australia on December 7, followed by Italy (on Super!, Paramount's free-to-air kids channel) on December 23. The series will then launch in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the UK and Ireland in 2025.
