The gang catches up with Scott & Michelle and talk about Scott’s creation of Big Time Rush, the high school guide that never happened, and how both Scott & Michelle intentionally made the Ned’s Declassified set one of the most fun and safest spaces for all of the actors. Devon also finally reveals the plot to the reboot he and Scott created.

The pilot for the reboot would of seen Ned, Cookie and Moze struggling to adjust to their lives as adults, just out of college and needing to reboot their lives. Cookie would have been very tech successful working at a company, but miserable; Moze would have been just coming out of a major relationship in which she got engaged, and would be just finishing her anger management course; and Ned would have just quit his latest endeavor and is now sleeping on Cookie's couch. Between the ending of Ned’s Declassified School Survival Guide and the beginning of the reboot, Ned and Moze would have dated each other for a while, with Moze leaving the guys in the pilot.
At the beginning of the pilot, Ned is despondent and is unable to give his pals any new tips, however, in an effort to reboot and rebuild their lives, Ned decides it's time to start the Ned's Declassified Adult Survival Guide.
It was also revealed that Scott wrote a script for a Ned's Declassified High School Survival Guide spin-off, however, to compete with Disney, Nickelodeon asked for a musical series, in which he wrote the pilot for the "world's worst boyband".
