Vegan Wontons with Mish Tricia for API Month | The Tiny Chef Show
Tiny Chef and Paramount+ are celebrating our API Community by cooking up a delicious family recipe with the one and only, Tricia Fukuhara!
Blenjoy her weshipee below:
Ingredients:
Vegan wonton wrappers
Water chestnuts
Scallions
Cabbage
Garlic
Tempeh
Vegetable oil
Tamari
Sriracha
Rice vinegar
Sprinkle of Sugar
Mince water chestnuts, scallions, cabbage, tempeh and garlic
Lightly coat minced vegetables with tamari
Stir fry together
Wrapper business (put a spoonful of mixture onto the square, dip finger in water, spread water along the outside of wrapper, fold into a triangle, pinch corners together to seal)
Make a bunch of the little wontons, set aside, and then
Fry it up in vegetable oil
Sauce on side (totally optional. We would eat them by themselves, but I love a good saucy moment!)
Mix together sriracha and rice vinegar
