Carmel, Indiana Resident Hosting Preschool Show on Nickelodeon's Noggin
Lifelong Indiana man Emmanuel Carter is the host of Noggin Knows, a preschool series on Nickelodeon’s interactive learning channel, Noggin, that uses dancing and singing to get preschoolers up and moving.
FOX59 News spoke to him about his journey as he pursued his dream of acting and filmmaking from his home state.
