He recently helped co-develop, then direct and produce Luo Bao Bei (ABC/Milkshake) at Cloth Cat and has worked with studios in the UK, US, China and Eastern Europe.
Cloth Cat productions have also included Shane the Chef (Milkshake), Olobob Top (CBeebies/ABC/S4C), World of Dave Spud (CITV), Ethel & Ernest (BBC) and Boj (CBeebies).

ViacomCBS International Studios (VIS) last year launched a new kids’ division in the UK led by Nina Hahn, the Vice President (VP) of Production and Development at subsidiary Nickelodeon International.
Hahn told delegates during the online Children’s Media Conference last year that the fledgling department is looking for preschool, animation, live-action and TV movies for its Nickelodeon channels.
During her tenure at Nickelodeon, Hahn has led the organisation’s first global hub for content sourcing and creation, and initiated projects in markets such as China, Israel and India, where the company was not previously active.
These include Deer Squad, a coproduction with iQiyi in China; Spyders, Nickelodeon International’s first original coproduction with Ananey Studios in Israel, and The Twisted Timelines of Sammy & Raj, Nickelodeon’s first collaboration with Viacom18 in India.
“I am very excited to have started 2021 by joining the amazing Nickelodeon team at ViacomCBS Networks International, working with super-talented people across many great projects,” Bailey said on LinkedIn.
