IGN has an unveiled a super sneak peek at the trailer for Super Ninja Steel's upcoming episodes, including a first look at the anniversary installment that features iconic Rangers including Wes Collins (Jason Faunt) and Gemma (Li Ming Hu) - as they are greeted by Tommy Oliver (Jason David Frank) in his Black Dino Thunder form - back in action. Fans can also spot Steve Cardenas' Red Ranger in one particular scene, though he isn't unmasked.
Fans will also see the destruction of the Ninja Steel Rangers' Zords, but they will get a new Ninja Blaze Megazord. The Ranges will be facing off against a new villain as well, but perhaps the biggest revelation is that somehow Madame Odius is controlling Mick, as he has red eyes and is working against the Rangers. Power Rangers Super Ninja Steel Anniversary Sneak Peek (Jason David Frank, Jason Faunt)
Get an exclusive sneak peek at upcoming episodes of Power Rangers Super Ninja Steel, including the 25th anniversary special, featuring legendary Rangers Tommy Oliver (Jason David Frank) and Wes Collins (Jason Faunt). The series returns with all new episodes on Saturday, Aug. 25 at 12 p.m. ET/PT, with the franchise's 25th anniversary episode airing Tuesday, Aug. 28 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Nickelodeon.
Here are the episode descriptions for the midseason return and the 25th anniversary special, airing on Nickelodeon later this month through Fall and Winter 2018:
Saturday 25th August 2018 at 12:00pm - Outfoxed: After their Zords are disabled by Odius' giant Foxatron, the Rangers must find a new way to stop her evil Zord.
Tuesday 28th August 2018 at 8:00pm - Dimensions in Danger - Power Rangers 25th Anniversary Reunion Special: Power Rangers is 25 years old, and to celebrate, Nickelodeon will premiere the brand-new Power Rangers 25th Anniversary Reunion Special, a morphinominal team-up episode bringing together Rangers past and present, as the Super Ninja Steel Rangers join forces with their legendary predecessors in an epic battle to save the world, on Tuesday, August 28 at 8:00pm, the date that Mighty Morphin Power Rangers first premiered on the Fox Kids Network!
Three of the Rangers that fans can look forward to seeing during the episode are Tommy Oliver (Jason David Frank), who served as the original Green and White Mighty Morphin Power Ranger, the Red Zeo and Turbo Ranger, and the Black Dino Ranger; Kat Hillard (Catherine Sutherland), the second Pink Mighty Morphin Ranger and the Pink Zeo and Turbo Ranger; and Wes Collins (Jason Faunt), the Red Time Force Ranger. More iconic legacy Rangers from past seasons will be announced in the coming weeks.
