Nickelodeon Promotes Two Experience Design Executives

As Nickelodeon continues to extend its brand experience beyond the small screen, the number-one entertainment brand for kids and families has announced a series of executive promotions.


Ron Hines

Ron Hines has been named Vice President (VP) of Creative Development, Nickelodeon Experience Design, where he will oversee all steps in the the early creative development process for new projects around the globe. Hines will collaborate with various Nickelodeon groups, as well as outside partners in that capacity. Previously the senior studio director of Nickelodeon Experience Design, Hines started his career with the company in 2006.

Zane Jensch, meanwhile, has been upped to Vice President (VP) and Creative Director of Attractions and Exhibits, Nickelodeon Experience Design. Jensch will oversee the creative execution of Nickelodeon theme parks, attractions and exhibits globally. He previously served as Creative Director for Nickelodeon Experience Design.

Both Hines and Jensch now report to John Paul Geurts, Senior Vice President (SVP) of Nickelodeon Experience Design.

The promotions are the latest in a series of personnel changes for Nickelodeon. Kristi Wasmer was promoted to SVP of Retail Sales in May, while June saw Russell Hicks exit his role as President of Content Development and Production and Dan Frugniet was named VP of Licensing and Consumer Products Business Development.
