Description
Nickelodeon Australia has a rare opportunity for an Events Coordinator to join our team! We’re looking for someone who ideally has 2 + years experience in a similar role and can hit the ground running.
Reporting to and working closely with the Events Manager, the key responsibilities for this role include:
* Being responsible for the Nickelodeon Events website;
* Co-ordinating the execution of the events team's communication strategy in conjunction with the Events Manager;
* Provide statistical analysis and reports on the quarterly results;
* Ensure that all marketing and branding guidelines are integrated into all event productions;
* Coordinate the components of Nickelodeon's tentpole events such as SlimeFest. This includes budget tracking, booking travel, booking accommodation, Workplace Health & Safety, catering and staffing;
* Assist with coordinating the kid experience on Camp Orange; and
* Assist with any additional project work when required.
To be successful in this role, ideally you will have:
* 2+ years experience in a similar position;
* Exposure to event management preferred;
* First Aid and WH&S certificate;
* Excellent attention to detail, organisation skills;
* Initiative and drive; and
* A passion for kids entertainment.
